New Board Member Appointed

Bethann Vaubel P``` 12,` 14,` 16 Named to Board of Trustees

At their October meeting, Wayland’s Board of Trustees named Bethann Vaubel of Green Lake, Wisconsin, as the newest trustee. She and her husband Tom are the parents of three Wayland alumni, Abigail `16, Eric `14, and Michael `12. A teacher by training, Bethann earned a bachelor’s degree at University of Wisconsin – La Crosse and a Master of Science at University of Wisconsin – Oshkosh. She is a familiar face on the Wayland campus having served on the Head of School Search Committee last year, and the Wayland Parents Council, and as a dedicated Academy volunteer. Bethann is also the creative force behind the upcycled Wayland gear featured the past few years at the online auction.
