Certain counties and whether or not the record is in storage can delay that delivery time. What if you don't find my record (s)? We have a 98% success rate for existing records. However, not everyone leaves behind a probate file.
Our fees includes analysis, research and processing time. We guarantee a complete and thorough search but in the event a record is not found, there is unfortunately no refund. What if I made a mistake on the order? Just resubmit and make note of the resubmission in the "notes" field. I don't have a printer or can't print this confirmation. No problem! Write the name of subject and the word "probate" on check memo.
