The public will take notice that the City Council of the City of Kings Mountain has called a public hearing regarding an application for rezoning.

Mr. Colton Harrell, Applicant/Owner has requested an amendment to the Zoning Map of the City of Kings Mountain regarding the following:

Rezone approximately 22.65 acres, identified as Cleveland County Parcel 11158 located on the south side of Phifer Road and the east side of Kings Mountain Boulevard. The petitioner would like the property to be rezoned from Suburban Residential (SR) to Mixed Use (MU). Case Z-22-26
