At Optimum Performance Studio, we believe in the philosophy of training the way that you play. We believe in keeping your workouts fun and dynamic yet innovative and challenging. Our classes incorporate the most basic movement patterns with innovative technology to create different intensity levels. Our experienced Coaches will inspire you to move better, feel better, and enjoy yourself in the process.


TRX CIRCUIT


TRX CIRCUIT- A sweaty blend of training elements, incorporating endurance, strength, balance, flexibility and core strength. Guided by compound exercises and functional movement planes, we intend to use as many muscles as possible in one TRX training session utilising this unique training tool.


TRAIN LIKE AN ATHLETE


TRAIN LIKE AN ATHLETEsessions are more intense, strength challenged an inspired to train the way you play. Tools used in this session include kettlebells, ViPR, TRX suspension trainers, battling ropes, Bulgarian bags and more. Suitable for those who enjoy using equipment in their workouts.


PAVIGYM CIRCUIT


PAVIGYM™- The ultimate fitness experience utilising our functional zone, LED lighting , music, pressure sensitive wall and floor panels with the latest technology, to create a unique and innovative workout. Burn more calories to help you achieve your personal best while having fun.


MOBILITY PLUS


MOBILITY PLUS- is a class designed to relieve muscle tension and pain. Using 3 dimensional movements and other mobility apparatus, this class will have you feeling more mobile and free. A great class for everyone this class is very user friendly and suitable for all levels. Guaranteed to help you sleep better at night.


TOTAL CORE


TOTAL CORE- Focus in on your core strength and stability. This class is total core work. Exercises, and balance drills to train your inner core. Don’t be afraid to sweat!!! Using 3 Dimensional movement patterns to challenge your internal structures.


BODY BLAST


BODY BLAST- Experience non-stop body sculpting and heart-pumping action with cardio, strength, and core exercises! This class combines circuits, intervals, and sustained movement patterns that will build your stamina and overall strength. Footwear that is appropriate for movement is required for this class


POWERPLATEÂ BURN


POWERPLATE BURNÂŽ Is a cardio HIIT class to incinerate fat and train the heart - with an integrated option using free weights and kettlebells


POWERPLATEÂ STRONG


POWERPLATE STRONGÂŽ Improve strength gains with a full-body workout - with and integrated workout option using kettlebells and suspension training
