During the Holiday period, the Support Team can be emailed at citc@contacttracing.health.nz and will be monitoring the mailbox between 8.30am and 5.00pm on the 27th, 28th and 29th of December. As well as the 3rd, 4th and 5th of January. Normal operating hours will resume from Monday 8th January onwards.
