• Te Manawa Taki Pathways of Care team, in conjunc�on with Pinnacle, invites clinicians in the region to a one-hour webinar on Tuesday September 19 on "How we do things round here - a guide to Te Manawa Taki clinical pathways."
• In this webinar they will share the most up-to-date informa�on in the region about the assessment and management of Hepa��s C and a range of sexual health condi�ons as provided in the clinical pathways.
• This webinar is open to all eligible users of HealthPathways across Te Manawa Taki, including GPs, prac�ce nurses, pharmacists, and those working in community health and aged care residen�al facili�es.
• There will be a demonstra�on of HealthPathways, giving atendees a prac�cal understanding of how to best use this web-based tool.
• A�er the presenta�on (around 35 minutes), there will be an opportunity for Q&A.
