Filters The date filter allows you to focus on data within a specific time period. Other filters allow you to focus on a particular subset of the people you have surveyed (demographics, type of service etc.). For most users a filter is automatically set to their surgery or facility when the user logs in. This is called the ‘Preset Filter’ and it cannot be removed, such as the PHO or Practice filter Filters are saved as a user moves from one report to another.
Report Options Some of the reports have more than one option to be seen. Question options allows to isolate specific answers of the report to focus only on the relevant ones.
Reports Export All the charts and tables on the reporting portal are exportable. In order to do so you’ll need to click the button siting on the top right of the report which will give you the export options
Favourites Reports You can save your favourite reports by clicking the star on the top right corner near your name. Once there you will be able to see the reports that you have previously saved for easy access and save a new one. Note: date-ranges will be saved along with the reports, therefore you might need to update the dates when looking at the saved report.
Domain Reports Domain reports allow for a high level view of different questions. All questions are scored and show against the national average. The link in the question text will take you to the individual report.
