Hi Everyone, It's election time again and we are seeking nominations to sit on the Prov. Inc. exec committee, The Clinical Committee and our representation on the PHO Board. The work done by these bodies is, in our opinion, vital to ensure that General Practice and healthcare delivery in the WBOP develops in a way that ensures continued viability. This is an opportunity to have your say, keep your 'finger on the pulse' and help steer primary care services for the future. I would encourage you all to seriously consider these positions. All positions are remunerated. It is perhaps advantageous to have sat on Prov. Inc. exec committee before seeking a position on the PHO Board though this is not a pre-requisite.
Providers Inc Election: In accordance with the constitution, half of the members of the Provider Inc. exec committee will retire The current elected members of the Prov. Inc. exec committee are: Alison James Geoff Esterman Trevor Deane Todd Hulbert Margaret Chavasse Philippa Fox Ken Belton Luke Bradford By rotation, Geoff Esterman, Todd Hulbert, Margaret Chavasse and Trevor Deane are due to retire, Geoff has decided to retire, and Margaret, Trevor and Todd have all offered themselves for re-election. We are calling for nominations for people to stand for positions on the executive committee (not necessarily just GPs). Would anyone considering a position on the Prov. Inc. exec committee please forward me a short biography.

The current members of the Provider side of the PHO board are: Sy Roberton Luke Bradford Geoff Esterman Todd Hulbert By rotation, Geoff Esterman and Todd Hulbert are due to retire, Geoff has decided to retire, and Todd has offered himself for re-election. Clinical Committee Election: By rotation, half of the members of the Clinical Committee are also due to retire. The current members of the Clinical Committee are: Joe Bourne Richard Jones Dave Offner Julia Perry This year, Dave Offner and Julia Perry are due to retire, they have both offered themselves for re-election. We are calling for nominations for people to stand for positions on the Clinical Committee (not necessarily just GP’s but would need to be a currently registered clinician).
