The HIP is a regular member of the team and is ready to help in a variety of ways. This may be before GP visits, after GP visits, classes, group medical visit and assisting with resources
High Productivity
The HIP sees 8-10 or more people each day

The HIP teaches behavioural interventions to others on the Team
