Capucine Holmes is the Corporate Social Responsibility Manager, Community Engagement and Philanthropy for Caesars Entertainment. She manages relationships with Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion partners. She made Las Vegas her home in 1999. Capucine responsibilities throughout her career consist of program management, program development and delivery, budget and team management, fundraising, public speaking, and relationship management. She serves on non-profit boards to ensure the betterment of the communities of Southern
Nevada. Capucine Holmes has a background in Labor Studies, Six-Sigma and worked in developmental roles for companies such as Ford Motor Company as a FTPM Group Leader. She worked as Director of Manpower Inc. in which developed the Training Division with a dynamic team for a company that employs over 4,000 people annually in Southern Nevada. Also, she has an extensive background as a grant writer who has increased levels of funding up to $2.3 million. Capucine has paved a way in Las Vegas as the One Stop Lead for the Nevada Hospital Association and as a Director of a Ryan White Part A /340 B program. She worked in politics with billionaire presidential candidate Tom Steyer as Black Outreach locally and nationally. As well as the Nevada Complete Count for Fair Count, a non-profit organization founded by Stacey Abrams. Capucine Holmes has a passion to see a diversity of people succeed in the world.
