TWO-HOUR PARTY PACKAGE INCLUDES:

PARTY COST: $200 n Pool passes for 25 children ($2 each additional child over 25) n $4 for each adult using the Pool/Splash Park* (*Splash Park available only at the Franklin facility) n Out-of-county resident rates, call for pricing n Reserved Pavillion/Tent area for refreshments and presents n Time includes set-up and clean-up

Cancellation Policy

WCPR requires at least 48 hour notice to receive a full refund. No refunds will be given with less than 48 hour notice.

Reschedule Policy

WCPR requires at least 48 hour notice to reschedule a party. Party must be rescheduled within six (6) weeks of the original party date.

Inclement Weather

In the event of inclement weather for scheduled outdoor pool parties, prior to the start of the party an option to reschedule or cancel party will be available. If cannot be rescheduled or is canceled, a full refund will be received via check in the mail within 7-10 days. Indoor pools and facilities will not be available. NO REFUNDS ONCE PARTY HAS STARTED FOR INCLEMENT WEATHER.

Important To Know

Pool Parties are NOT private parties, but are held when the pool is open for regular operating hours to the public. You will have private use of the Pavillion/Tent with a Pool Party Rental.

Reservation Guidelines

n Reservations are first come, first served basis n Party Contract and payment required to hold and guarantee reservation n Alcohol, glass containers, sharp objects are not permitted n Host Parent must supply: decorations/cake/refreshments, etc. n No event may be catered n Use of confetti is prohibited n At least two (2) adults must stay and oversee the entire party n All pool rules apply n Appropriate swimwear for pool required; clothes and shoes required inside the building

Arts & Crafts Birthday Parties

For a crafty birthday party, celebrate with everyone exploring their artistic side to make art a festivity! Our instructors will help you design a project around your pre-selected theme, or if you don’t have a theme, they will find out what fascinates your child and create the perfect Art Party.

Create-A-Class

Love art, but can’t make it to a class? Gather at least four friends and pick your project. Whether you love pottery, drawing, painting or knitting – all art classes are available for your private class. Classes available for children, teens & adults. Dates, times, ages, class fee and supply fee vary based on class. Great for Girl’s Night Out!

Pottery

No experience necessary! For those wanting to work with clay for the first time as well as those who just need a place to master their craft, our pottery class takes all-comers. Wheels and kilns on site; make it, bake it, take it. *Please note: projects can take multiple sessions to build, dry, paint, glaze and fire, depending on the scope and size. Paint Parties with Jann

Join instructor Jann Stephens to create charming, decorative pieces to brighten your home for the season. For less than you would spend on supplies, you will enjoy painting wonderful paintings on wood or canvas in acrylics. Jann’s fun and lighthearted style, plus instructive painting tips and techniques, will leave you with a smile and pride in your finished product. Bring a friend, and have some fun!

Join us for a fun afternoon of adult and child partner art inspired by the sun and moon! Open to parents, grandparents, aunts, uncles, etc., -- paint a pair of canvases that fit together to create a colorful piece you are sure to love! Registration fee is for the pair, so please only register the child who is attending.

Pet Portraits

Your House Beautiful: Painted in Acrylics

Is there a house or building you have always wanted to paint? Join acrylic painting instructor Joan Wilkes as she guides students of all experience levels (even beginners) through the process of creating a treasured keepsake to display or gift! Watercolors Basics

Learn the basics of watercolor in this workshop for beginners. Explore paint, paper, and brush options, as well as the 3 main types of color mixing. Experiment with fun and easy techniques to paint simple subjects as you find a balance between control and spontaneity. Feel free to bring a snack or lunch.
