Understanding Registration

WCPR activities that require registration through Williamson County Parks and Recreation’s ActiveNet registration system will be listed with a five digit code. The code is a unique identifier that can be used to search for that activity directly.

In order to register for an activity, please click directly on the registration code listed in this guide or visit wcparksandrec.com On the homepage, click on the big blue button that says “Online Registration.” Once taken to the next page, you can input the activity code into the search bar to be taken directly to that activity’s registration page.

Refund Policy

Applies to all summer programming with the exception of Camp Will and Athletics camps. Please refer to information regarding those specific programs for the correct policy details.

CREDITS OR TRANSFERS will be processed upon written request in accordance with the following policy:

Should you need to cancel registration in an activity, program, or trip, you must notify the department contact no later than one (1) week prior to the start of the program. No credits or transfers will be processed less than one (1) week before the date the program is scheduled to begin.

Whether you choose to cancel your registration in advance of the one (1) week period; or if WCPR cancels the program that you or your child is registered in, you will be given the option of receiving a credit to your WCPR account or transferring your payment to another registration of the same value (or less). Due to State Auditing/Fund Regulations, any on-line processing fees cannot be credited or refunded.

CREDITS: After providing a written request with a WCPR staff member regarding the cancellation of your registration, they can credit your WCPR account the amount of the activity fee. Credits are immediately effective once in your WCPR account and can be used towards any future WCPR activity registration/payment. Processing fees will apply.

TRANSFERS: A WCPR staff member will work with you to transfer your canceled registration towards a future activity of the same value (or less). If you choose an activity with a higher fee, processing fees will apply and it will be your responsibility to enroll your child.

*Refunds for special considerations must be submitted in writing to management staff.
