Registration and Pass Sales How To Create Your Free Online Account
To sign up for your free online account follow these steps:
• Visit wcparksandrec.com and click on the “Online Registration - Activities” button on the home page.
• In the top right-hand corner of the new page, click the “Create an Account” link and fill out the applicable information when prompted. Please note: To create an account for a child you must first create an account for an adult.
Once you have finished your account registration you will be able to register for classes, special events, etc., and you will also be able to purchase or renew your passes online.
WCPR Policies
Please take note of all Williamson County Parks and Recreation policies. For any questions about WCPR policies please see one of our staff.
Registration Policy
Registration is required for most classes and events offered by WCPR.
• For events with a limited number of participants, reservations are taken on a “first come, first served” basis until the event is full.
• Early registration and payment is recommended to secure a spot in most activities and events.
• Registration for most activities and events will begin one month prior to the start of a new quarterly session. Specific program registration dates can be found through our online registration system.
• Registration and payment can be made online, in person at the location of your desired activity or event or at a facility kiosk. Voicemail registration is NOT accepted.
• Payment is due with online or in person registration. If unable to attend, refunds will only be issued if requested no later than 24 hours prior to the start of the class or event.

Accepted Forms of Payment
Williamson County Parks and Recreation facilities accept the following forms of payment with the noted exceptions.
• Cash
• Checks Checks are not accepted at outdoor pools or the Williamson County Performing Arts Center. Checks for general admission under $12.00 are not accepted. There is a $30.00 service charge for any returned check.
• Credit/Debit Cards Only accepted for general admission and walk-in fees at the Fairview Recreation Complex, Franklin Recreation Complex, Indoor Sports Complex in Brentwood, the Longview Recreation Center at Spring Hill, the Williamson County Recreation Complex at Nolensville and the Williamson County Enrichment Center at Academy Park and ticket sales at the Williamson County Performing Arts Center. Credit/Debit cards are not accepted at the Hillsboro-Leiper’s Fork Community Center or any of the outdoor pools. Mastercard and Visa only at Recreation Centers. The Performing Arts Center accepts all Credit/Debit cards. A 3.36% processing fee is collected for all credit/debit card transactions.

Cancellation & Refund Policy
Credits, transfers or refunds will be processed upon request for recreation classes, programs, leagues and other activities in accordance with the following policy:
1. Should you need to cancel your participation in a class/league/program or activity, you must notify the department no later than 24 hours prior to the start of the program. No credits, transfers or refunds will be processed after the date a class/league/program or activity is scheduled to begin. This includes uniform fees for any leagues.
2. Whether you choose to cancel your registration in advance of 24 hours, or if WCPR cancels the class/program/league or activity you are registered in, you will be given the option of receiving a credit to your account, transferring your payment to another registration of the same value (or less), or receiving a refund by check for the amount of the class/ program/league or activity fee. Due to State Auditing/Fund regulations, any online processing fees cannot be credited or refunded.
• CREDITS: After speaking with a WCPR staff person regarding the cancellation of your registration, they can credit your online account the amount of the activity fee. Credits are immediately effective once in your account and can be used towards any future WCPR activity registration/payment. Processing fees will apply.
• TRANSFERS: A WCPR staff person will work with you to transfer your canceled registration towards a future class/ program/league or activity of the same value (or less). If you choose a class/program/league or activity with a higher fee, additional registration and processing fees will apply.
• REFUNDS: The amount of the class/program/league or activity fee will be issued back to you in the form of a check. Processing fees will not be refunded. Please allow two weeks to receive refunds processed by check.
• Special Consideration Refunds must be submitted in writing to management staff. For more information about our cancellation and refund policy, visit our website.
Game Room
Ages and hours vary by location. Check the facility location page on our website for exact ages, hours and any other restrictions.
• Ages 5-6 must be with a parent and parent interacting with child/children.
• Youth that are 7 years old must be signed in by their parent(s). They must also stay in the game room until the parent returns.
• Youth between the ages of 8-12 must sign in when they enter the room.
• Proper use and care of the game equipment is required.
• Profanity and abusive language is prohibited.
• All video games are screened by the WCPR staff to ensure a family atmosphere. (Individual room restrictions also apply. See individual facility pages on our website for more details.)
KidsCare
This program is a “casual care” service and is NOT a State licensed day care. The service is free to parents/legal guardians only, who are utilizing the recreation facilities and amenities. Due to limited participation numbers established by state regulations, we offer this program to our patrons as a limited time sitting service, available on a first come, first served basis. This is not a guaranteed service to patron and/or facility pass holders. To view specific policies and procedures, locations and hours of operations, visit our website.
Wellness Centers
No one under the age of 18 is allowed in the free weight areas! Anyone between the age of 13 and 17 must have a juvenile registration form completed and signed by a parent or guardian and must complete an orientation with their parent or guardian.
Lost and Found
Williamson County Parks and Recreation is not responsible for lost items at any of our facilities or parks. Patrons are encouraged to use our free locker service to store their valuables. If you believe you have lost an item, check with the front desk attendants.
Free Locker Service
Please do not leave personal belongings unattended in the facility (i.e. gym, wellness center, etc). Patrons are encouraged to utilize the FREE locker service located at the front desk or in the wellness center to secure valuables. If you choose to use a locker in the locker room, you MUST provide your own lock to secure your belongings.
Williamson County Parks and Recreation is not responsible for lost or stolen items. Front desk and/or wellness center locker service is available at the Franklin Recreation Complex, Fairview Recreation Complex, Indoor Sports Complex, the Longview Recreation Center, the Williamson County Recreation Complex at Nolensville and the Williamson County Enrichment Center at Academy Park.

Photography Policy
Williamson County Parks and Recreation Department (“WCPR”) reserves the right to photograph classes, events, programs, and participants at any of the Parks and Recreation facilities or properties, or any event sponsored by WCPR that is located on property not owned by Williamson County. Use of photographs may be used by WCPR for promotional purposes and may be used in publications and media communications in any format as WCPR decides without any obligation to provide compensation to those photographed.
Attendance at WCPR programs and events constitutes consent to be photographed for use in print and/or electronic publicity for WCPR. To ensure the privacy of individuals and children, images will not be identified using full names or personal identifying information without written approval from the photographed subject, parent or legal guardian. If you do not want us to use a photo of you or your child, please tell the WCPR staff member coordinating the event before the program or event.
If you see a photo of yourself or a family member that you wish not to be used by WCPR please notify WCPR staff. WCPR will take reasonable steps to remove and dispose of the photograph. WCPR may not be able to remove the photograph from printed media or other existing media where the photograph may have been used, but it will refrain from using the photograph in its future media.
WCPR may require you to complete a photograph release form to participate in a class, event, league or program.
