Special thanks to our hosts, Wells School of Music faculty, Dr. Andrew Yozviak, Dr. Hannah Morrison, and Dr. Adam Gumble.

Offering programs in music education, performance, composition, conducting, theory, history, and music therapy to name a few, the Wells School of Music provides students with a wide variety of options at the undergraduate and graduate degree levels. Our close proximity to center city Philadelphia provides a rich cultural environment for our students and allows us to attract world-class faculty. In addition, West Chester, Pennsylvania is frequently rated as one of the best college towns in America!

Dear Participants and Audience Members,

The entire Music for All family welcomes you to this Music for All Affiliate Regional Music Festival. Thank you for participating and supporting this important music education event in your area. Congratulations to your hosts and support team for making this event happen. Your commitment to music-making and music education in your area is so important to the music education community!

Music for All believes in the power of music and music education. Music for All’s vision is to be a catalyst to ensure that every child across America has access and opportunity to participate in active music making in his or her scholastic environment. The Affiliate Regional Music Festival program supports that vision by serving approximately 30,000 students in 2024, despite the ongoing recovery from pandemic hardships that we continue to endure. These events support all that is good in music education in our country: students and directors growing and learning in a non-competitive, supportive atmosphere from world-class clinicians and adjudicators.

All of us at Music for All thank you for your continued support of music and music education, as well as Music for All events. You help us provide positively life-changing opportunities through your participation in this event and others. Your presence makes you part of the Music for All family.

Enjoy the music-making today!

THE FESTIVAL

A Non-Competitive Performance Experience

Participating is the achievement! The Festival’s non-competitive atmosphere provides a place for growth, cooperative encouragement and mutual respect among music programs, students, parents, boosters and administrators. Directors select their own programs; there is no required repertoire. There are no ratings or rankings so directors and their ensembles are free to stretch themselves, reach for new heights, and strive for innovation, growth and excellence, instead of focusing on a rating or placing. Ensembles that perform at the Festival are recognized as being among the fnest in the United States.
