This gives you maximum independence from capricious energy prices. Moreover, your distribution centre was insulated in accordance with the strictest standards and equipped with high efficiency HR+++ glass. You can monitor your energy consumption 24/7 via WDP Smart Energy. This energy management tool helps you to optimise your consumption, combat waste and limit your energy costs.
Sustainable choices for the future Every choice in Prinsenhil Logistics Park is sustainable and carefully-weighed. For example, outdoors we chose the right type of paving for all paved parts: parking spaces of grass concrete tiles that facilitate water infiltration. Stronger, yet waterpermeable H-profile blocks for the freight traffic. And as walking path through the flowering grassland? A natural half-paving. Nor were the bushes and trees chosen at random. Host plants for bees, butterflies and birds such as pear and crab apple trees. Bushes with fruits and flowers, evergreen climbing plants, and trees that give the Park a touch of colour in the autumn as well.
