7 STAR

Thiomethoxam 25% WG

7 Star

7 STAR It has unique chemical properties , which result in control of many sucking and chewing pests. It provides excellent control against insects such as Aphids , Jassids, and hoppers etc. It also effectively controls Thrips and Whiteflies in wide range of crops like Cotton, Paddy ,Fruits and Vegetables. It has long systemic effect i.e. immediately after spray it is absorbed by the plants and thus give longer protection to the sprayed crop. It has unique translaminar action i.e. after spray it spreads sideways in the plant and thus control even those insects, which are hidden. Results of this product are visible within few hours after spray. It is very economical and convenient as single spray of this product protects the sprayed crop 12-15 days. Its single spray is equivalent to 2 sprays of old insecticides and thus you save a cost of insecticides, labour and efforts. By controlling insect vectors of diseases, it prevents the spread of diseases, it prevents the spread of diseases like leaf curl in Cotton.

Application One spray at 25-30 DAT in the early stage of crop for borer, green leaf hopper control of early rice pests such as Stem borer, Gall midge & other spray at the boring leaf stage @ 50 to 55 DAT for the control of late rice pest such as GLH, BPH WBPH etc

RICE Rice is the leading food crops in the world. It provides 21% of global human per capita energy and 15% of per capita protein. Although rice protein ranks high in nutritional quality among cereals, protein content is modest. Rice also provides minerals, vitamins, and fiber, although all constituents except carbohydrates are reduced by milling.

Target Pests

Gall midge Rice gall midge forms a tubular gall at the base of tillers, causing elongation of leaf sheaths called onion leaf or silver shoot. Rice gall midge is found in irrigated or rainfed wetland environments during the tillering stage of the rice crop. It is also common in upland and deepwater rice. Dose : 40 gm / acre

BPH Planthoppers can be a problem in rainfed and in irrigated wetland environments. It also occurs in areas with continuous submerged conditions in the eld, high shade, and humidity. The feeding damage caused by planthoppers results in the yellowing of the plants. At high population density, hopper burn or complete drying of the plants is observed.

Dose : 40 gm / acre

Target Pests

WBPH Both the nymphs and adults injure alike by sucking phloem sap leading to reduced vigor, stunting, yellowing, delayed tillering and grain formation. Their feeding attract sooty mould. Dose : 40 gm / acre

Leaf Hopper Leaf hoppers are the most common leafhoppers in rice elds and are primarily critical because they spread the viral disease tungro. Both nymphs and adults feed by extracting plant sap with their needle-shaped mouthparts.

Dose : 40 gm / acre

Target Pests

Stem Borer Stem borers can destroy rice at any stage of the plant from seedling to maturity. They feed upon tillers and causes deadhearts or drying of the central tiller, during vegetative stage; and causes whiteheads at reproductive stage.

Dose : 40 gm / acre

Thrips Periods of dry weather favour the development of the rice thrips. No standing water in the rice elds encourages damage. The adult thrips are day- ying. They migrate during the day and look for newly planted rice elds and other hosts. Eggs are laid in the slits of leaf blade tissue. The upper half of the egg is exposed.

Dose : 40 gm / acre
