Culinary Arts: Exploring Modern Cuisine (Ages 11-15)
Students discover creative and fresh approaches to classic dishes in this cooking and baking adventure. Young chefs are introduced to the most popular emerging trends in the culinary world, including street fare, plant-based dishes, sweet and savory combinations, and much more.

Dance
Dance Fusion (Ages 10-14)
This is a two-week class that introduces students to a wide spectrum of dance styles, including but not limited to: jazz, contemporary, jazz funk, lyrical, and musical theatre. Each class consists of a warm-up, center work, and across-the-floor technique that increases the student’s skill and knowledge of each dance style. Choreography is taught in the various dance styles and the students work on their own group choreography and performance skills as well. At the completion of the course, parents are invited to attend a “step into the classroom” performance showcasing a multitude of dance numbers. This class focuses on the love of dance and performing while giving students an opportunity to shine.

Hip-Hop Dance (Ages 11-15)
In this dynamic and exciting dance class, students are introduced to hip-hop rhythms and movements with an emphasis on musicality and creativity. This high-energy course is the perfect start to a young dancer’s journey and a great way to get moving.
