As the chamber’s Young Professionals initiative, West Under 40 (WU40) strives to be a group you want to be a part of; a place to connect with other young professionals, building relationships beyond a business card, a name, and title; and to create a culture of something for everyone. As a network of individuals who seek to promote and value a positive impact on society and local community to enhance the quality of life, West Under 40’s Goals for 2022 include:

SOCIAL: Embody a warm welcoming group of thinkers who enjoy working, playing and socializing together.

PHILANTHROPIC: We give, and we want to be a part of something larger than ourselves.

DEVELOPMENT: Strike the right mix between professional and personal and provide opportunities for YPs to keep adding more knowledge and skills to make each of us more versatile.
