Spring Registration Students must be in good financial standing to participate in spring course registration. If you have an outstanding Fall 2011 semester balance, a financial hold has been placed on your account, which will prevent you from participating in registration. Students with financial holds were notified via the Emmanuel Portal, and were sent a letter and tuition bill to their preferred mailing address. You can view your account balance and confirm you are paid in full by reviewing your tuition bill through Online Academic Resources (OAR) via the Emmanuel Portal. If you have an outstanding balance, electronic payments may also be made through OAR. Should you have questions about payment options, please contact our office immediately to avoid any delays with registration.
Spring Tuition After registration, tuition bills will be mailed to your preferred home address and made available through OAR in midNovember. You must be registered to receive a bill. Payment is due no later than Friday, December 16th. Please visit OAR or www.afford.com/emmanuel for payment options.
Refunds If you have a pending credit on your account (due to borrowing excess loans and/or overpayment) and wish to request a refund, please complete the Refund Request Form in the “Tuition & Aid” section of the Emmanuel website. If you submitted a Refund Request Form and have not received your refund check, it may be due to the pending receipt of financial aid funds. Although most funds have been received, some funds, such as state grants, are generally not disbursed until November. If you have questions about when your refund will be available, please e-mail us at financialservices@emmanuel.edu. Note: Refunds for the spring semester will be available beginning in mid-March after the add/drop period. Due to this, refund checks will not be available for students to purchase books or pay for March rent.
