CANCELLATION/ REFUND POLIC Y ** For the 2021 season, Camp Webb will add a COVID-specific amendment to our Standard Cancellation Policy. In all cases, we invite you to choose a credit to your account instead of a refund. ** Standard Cancellation Policy: If Camp Webb must cancel a camp for any reason, a full refund will be issued. If you choose to cancel, the amount of refund is determined by the reason for cancellation, means, and timing of notification. Partial refunds are defined as the
cost of tuition minus the non-refundable $50 deposit. Means: Requests to cancel a camp must be made in writing via email. No phone calls or voicemails, as we must have a record of the date and time of the request. Email: campwebb@webbschool.org Timing: For non-COVID cancellations, our standard policy states that no refunds will be given, nor will the deposit be transferable, if the request to cancel is received after the cut- off date. Refer to the Fee & Date Schedule chart for specific dates.
Amended 2021 Policy: For all illness related cancellations in the week prior to or during the week of camp, the following policy applies this year: If your camper tests positive for COVID prior to camp and documentation is provided, we will issue a partial refund. For positive case cancellations that occur during the week of camp, we will prorate the refund for days missed.
If your camper must quarantine due to direct exposure to a positive case from outside of Camp Webb, we will offer a 50% refund for 3-5 missed days, and prorated refund if only 1-2 days are missed.

Adventure Camp
About Our Staff When parents enroll their child in Camp Webb, they are entrusting us with their most prized possession. We at Camp Webb take that responsibility very seriously by hiring the best people we can find. Counselors are chosen based on their maturity, ability to be positive role models, experience with children, and level of enthusiasm. It is essential that the camp counselors we hire understand the important balance between creating a super-fun experience for our campers and keeping them safe. Our senior counselors must be at least 18 years of age and have passed a screening and interview process. Prior to the start of camp, all staff members will attend a multi-day, mandatory training program. We limit our Adventure Camp enrollment to an overall 1:4 staff-to-camper ratio.
8
What the Staff Are Saying... “This place is what fun is. We sing, we dance, we laugh, we play. We do all of those things and we do them well. This will be my third year returning as a counselor. It has become the operational definition of what my summer is. It is a symbiotic relationship between counselor and camper, where the camper gets assistance in maturation and cooperation, and the counselor gets to absorb some of the kid’s natural energy. When was the last time you sang a song with your co-workers/friends in the middle of your day?”
Counselor-In-Training Program After their 7th grade year, returning campers may apply for our CounselorIn-Training (CIT) program. More information about this program and how CITs shadow our Adventure Camp staff can be found on our website.
For details about pricing and grade levels, refer to pages 16-23 of this brochure. Full camp descriptions are on our website: www.campwebb.com.
