Extensive product testing has shown that using slightly higher heat settings for roasting and baking produces even better results when using a Q Trivet and Convection Tray. Heat settings vary for each model barbecue so check these instructions to make sure you get the best result when using a Convection Tray on your Weber Q: Baby Q (Q100 series) Q (Q200 series) Family Q (Q300 series)

Place a line of the mince, in a sausage shape, along one edge of the pastry strip. Brush the other edge of the pastry with the egg wash. Roll up with the seam underneath.

Preparation Time: 10 minutes Cooking Time: Pastry setting, 25-30 minutes You’ll need: Q Trivet and Convection Tray, baking paper 500g lean chicken mince 1/2 cup stuffing mix 1/2 cup tasty cheese, shredded 1/4 cup cold water 1 tablespoon lemon pepper 1 tablespoon parsley, chopped 2 sheets frozen puff pastry, thawed egg wash for glazing sesame seeds

Cut the pastry sheets in half.

Cut each log into 6 mini rolls, about 4-5cm long, without cutting all the way through. Brush with egg wash and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Place sausage rolls on a sheet of baking paper approximately the same size as your trivet and place on top of the trivet. Cook for 25-30 minutes, until the pastry is golden brown. Cut each of the logs all of the way through into separate portions and serve.
