Lamb Back Straps in Cajun Crust Preparation Time: 5 minutes
Combine the seasoning and cornflour, and use this mixture
Cooking Time: Barbecue setting, 6 minutes
to coat the meat. When ready to cook, spray back straps with olive oil.
1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning
Cook the meat on the grill until brown; 3 minutes per side
1 tablespoon cornflour
or until the meat is cooked as you like it.
4 lamb back straps, about 200g each, trimmed
Serve with char-grilled
