Long-handled Lamb Chops Preparation Time: 5 minutes

Combine the Hoisin and dry sherry.

Cooking Time: Barbecue setting, 6-8 minutes

Brush a thin coating of the sauce onto the lamb cutlets. Cook for 3-4 minutes on each side.

1/2 cup Hoisin sauce

Delicious served either as a finger food or with vegetables

1 tablespoon dry sherry

or salad in season.

8-12 baby lamb cutlets, well trimmed
