Long-handled Lamb Chops Preparation Time: 5 minutes
Combine the Hoisin and dry sherry.
Cooking Time: Barbecue setting, 6-8 minutes
Brush a thin coating of the sauce onto the lamb cutlets. Cook for 3-4 minutes on each side.
