Despite the holidays and the little time available, it is amazing what has been done and achieved by our club and by some of our members.

46 To start, we thank our club’s members and other donors for collecting and providing a large number of toys and books which were delivered by Carla Bordoli and Vicente Boscá to the “Asociación de Vecinos de la Barriada de los Pastores de Algeciras” on the 5th January to be given in time to needy children for the Three Kings celebration.

On the 20th January John Harper from the Rotary Club in Walsall, England honoured us with his unexpected visit. For this reason, we held the whole meeting in English and he was really amazed by our enthusiasm and the projects done during the short life of our young club.

Our President Carla Bordoli visited FITUR in Madrid to accompany Vicente Boscá who attended the public presentation of his latest project in Casares.

On the 20th February’s meeting there will be an inspirational talk by Berend Smit & Diana Polder, the authors of “MY BOOK”. Find out what is your desired situation in terms of your relationships, peace of mind, health, money matters or your work; and how to achieve them. MY BOOK will answer to any of your how or why questions!

The 20th February’s meeting at 8:00 pm at the H10 Hotel in Etepona is open to all visitors.
