Deep Water Aquafit
Often recommended for rehabilitation, it is also used for general fitness and as an accelerated training method for athletes. The natural buoyancy of the water reduces strain on your joints, bones and muscles by as much as 90 percent. Take advantage of this buoyancy while receiving a similar cardiovascular benefit to a traditional workout. Participants may choose to use a floatation belt.
Karataquatics
Karataquatics is a fast paced workout based on techniques used in martial arts training. Done in the shallow end, this class alternates between cardio and resistance training. Karataquatics is a hybrid of karate, strength and endurance training; kick, jab, and run your way to your fitness goal. This class is perfect for those who like to work out without music.
