The 12 Steps of Succession Planning Thursday, January 13, 2011 7:30 – 9:00 a.m. This session will be geared to business owners from all disciplines who seek to deepen their understanding and begin the process of succession planning. Succession Planning is a natural process in a successful business and one that can (and should) be positive and empowering. The main focus will be to give an overview of the 12 steps of succession planning and provide materials and templates what will enable business owners to confidently begin, develop, implement and review the succession planning process.

Experience the many health benefits of Yoga in a non-competitive, relaxing atmosphere. Yoga integrates mind and body in the Eastern tradition of preventative, wholistic healthcare. Participants will notice improvements in posture, balance, strength and flexibility, as well as decreased symptoms of stress. In these classes, we combine Yoga with small segments of Pilates, stability ball work, and other complementary practices, while we respect modern fitness and safety guidelines. These classes are intended for adults and are suitable for most ages and abilities, with individual modifications offered at all times.
Hatha Yoga Flow Combines a series of Yoga postures with breathwork to form a graceful, flowing practice. Beginners are welcomed in this class and will always be encouraged to work at their own pace. This class will help to develop strength and stamina as well as improved stability in the joints and flexibility/mobility of the spine. Traditional and modern sun, moon and energy salutation series are featured along with core conditioning. Mondays and Wednesdays 10-11am, 5-6pm, or 7-8pm This six-week session begins Monday, January 10th (limited to first 20 registered) Session cost: 2 classes/week (recommended) =$96 1 class/week or half-session = $60 Sorry, no refunds or credits given for unused classes.
