INSTRUCTIONS

 150g Onion, diced  20ml Vegetable Oil  1.3kg Beef, mince wagu  250g Beef, Sausage mince  10g Garlic Clove, crushed  5g Coriander, chopped  20g Black pepper ground  10g Salt  10 x Bread, Turkish burger buns  70g KNORR World Cuisine Tomato Chilli Jam 2.15kg  200g HELLMANS REAL Mayonnaise 2.4kg  200g Lettuce, baby leaves  300g Tomatoes, Roma  300g Beetroot, tinned sliced  1kg French Fries, frozen

Pan fry diced onion until translucent and cooked. Set aside.

Combine Wagyu beef mince, sausage mince, garlic, coriander, pepper, salt and cooked onion in a large bowl. Mix well. Shape into ten evenly sized burger patties.

Grill, pan fry or BBQ patties until cooked and juices run clear. Cover to keep hot.

Lightly toast burger buns. Cover to keep warm.

Place the KNORR World Cuisine Tomato Chilli Jam and HELLMAN’S Real Mayonnaise in a bowl. Mix well to combine.

Assemble each burger in the following order – toasted bottom burger bun, lettuce, tomato, beetroot, beef patty, tomato chilli jam mayonnaise and top toasted bun. Serve with thick cut fries.
