With its’ barrel ceiling and galleries at either end of the room, making it a superb, elegant space for your wedding breakfast. The Lansdowne Club is licensed for civil marriage or partnership ceremonies, enabling couples to ‘tie the knot’ and enjoy their Wedding Breakfast and evening celebrations under the same roof! For those getting married on a Saturday or Sunday the elegant Robert Adam Drawing Room can accommodate up to 70; or for larger weddings, the Art Moderne Dining Room can seat up to 150 guests. Should your wedding party and guests require overnight accommodation, they can take advantage of the discounted rates available for the Club’s 72 luxurious en-suite Bedrooms, ranging from a standard double to a king size suite. The one thing they all have in common being the fact that they offer the level of first class facilities you would expect from such a quality establishment; with crisp white linen and soft, cosy quilts adding to their appeal. Lansdowne’s Events Manager Lucy explained that she will liaise closelywith the Bride and Groom from their initial enquiry, giving them unique advice and help to ensure their Big Day is a resounding success, remembered for all the right reasons: “We will be delighted to talk through your requirements with you. In addition to discussing menus and wines, we would be pleased to offer recommendations with regard to your entertainment, photographer, wedding cake, toastmaster, flowers, transport and after dinner bar.
We have a wedding cake stand and knife at the Club which you are welcome to use for your wedding cake - free of charge. For those who prefer cupcakes to the more traditional cake, we also have a 7-tier cupcake stand which you can use.” The Lansdowne’s commitment to provide a truly customerfocusedservice is further highlighted by the fact that the Clubis happy for couples to use its’ elegant silver candelabra fortheir top table centrepiece, as well as providing glass tealight holders and votives for tea-lights, plus the candles free of charge.
