Amy Ray Events started in 2014 and was born from my love of weddings and a desire to get more involved in the wedding industry. I have always loved weddings and had already assisted in planning nine weddings when I decided to turn my passion for weddings into a career.

SERVICES WE OFFER

We offer full-service, partial-service and essential wedding planning services, along with party and event planning. We primarily plan weddings, but often plan rehearsal dinners, showers and occasionally corporate and charity events as well.

At Amy Ray Events, we would love local couples to know that we truly want your big day to be all about you! This day should be a true reflection of who you are as a couple. We also love to help any and ALL couples with their big days.

Our Aesthetic

I believe each wedding needs to be a reflection of what a couple loves and what they want. If a couple wants a glam vibe, we can achieve that. If a couple wants tons of color, we can rock that. If a couple wants a timeless, romantic feel, we are here for it. My personal aesthetic tends to be on the modern side, and I love creating color palettes based on the color of flowers the couple chooses. We can, and often do, full wedding design. But, if a couple comes in knowing what they want things to look like, we are here to make their vision come to life.

What Sets Us Apart Wedding

What makes Amy Ray Events special is our amazing team. Every wedding day will be staffed by the lead certified planner, a back-up planner (in case of emergency, who acts as the main assistant on the big day) and often several additional assistants on an as-needed basis. As a team, we constantly discuss that this is the biggest day of our couples’ lives. This is more than helping make things look beautiful – it’s a passion, a duty and a privilege to make sure everything comes together and runs smoothly.

The Ultimate Goal

We spend a good part of each wedding day making sure the couple, the families, the wedding party and the vendors are taken care of. A couple’s special day should be filled with joy and peace, and it’s our amazing privilege to come together to make that happen.
