A huge shout out to our bridesmaids and groomsmen who hold a very special place in our hearts. From friends to family, we would not be who we are today without you. We would like to give special thanks to: Eleanor Hofer (Nolan's Grandma) for making our wedding quilt, Linda Graft (Nelson family friend) for making the veil, Michelle Lopez (Nolan's mom) and Susan Ritter (Nelson family friend) for making flower girl dresses and Michelle Nelson (Jackie's mom) for being our rock! How We Met This special moment took place on 12/31/11. Nolan was working on a Thursday afternoon when his friend, Drew Savage, called him and told him he needed to come to Great Falls for New Years. Nolan hadn't seen Drew or his friends in almost 6 months, so he made the 7 hour drive North after work on Friday. At a friend's house, Nolan noticed a loud, engergetic, and beautiful young lady in a cute black and white dress. Nolan and Jackie first officially met at the beer pong table (as is tradition). After Nolan and Drew beat Dani and Jackie on the pong table, they started to chat and share laughs with friends the rest of the night. After they met, they talked every day for a month at distance until Nolan made it back to Great Falls. Jackie was attending nursing school in Great Falls and Nolan was working in Gillette, WY. They continued to rack up the miles on the road and minutes on the phone unitl Jackie decided to move to Gillette to be with Nolan in September of 2012.

About The Bride, As Told By The Groom Where do I start to describe my incredibly talented, outspoken, beautiful wife to be? Jacqueline is a fun loving and caring person. Her passion for the things she does in life is incredible, and only rivaled by her ability to genuinely care about everyone she meets in life. One of the best examples of this is in her career choice. She is a student midwife attending Midwives College of Utah. She has a Bachelors degree in Biology from Rocky Mountain College, and should finish her degree to become a Certified Professional Midwife by 2016. When Jackie is not helping bring life into the world through her clinical work, she is serving other moms with her own doula service company, First Impressions Doula Service. As a doula, Jackie meets with mothers throughout their pregnancies and during their birth to give them all the support and information they need. She enables them to have the birth experience that they want. Her great attitude and work ethic as a student and business owner is incredible. Jackie and I have a lot of common interests and activities as well. Both Jackie and I are lifetime soccer players. She went on to play at the collegiate level at Rocky Mountain College where she was a starter and captain for several years. We both call the great state of Montana our home. She loves hiking, fishing, camping, snowboarding and being outdoors. Jackie is spontaneous and always down to try something new, as long as it is not sky diving. I am excited to spend the rest of my life with her because she lights up the room every time she walks in and I love the energy that she brings. She always makes me laugh and I love her sense of humor. She surrounds herself with good people and has a huge heart. Her caring and loving nature will make her a fantastic mom some day, and I can not wait for that adventure either.

About The Groom, As Told By The Bride Is there enough space to write everything there is to know about my amazing groom? Nolan is a professional clown. No, I do not mean that he gets up every day just to put on a white face with a big red nose. If you have met him, then you already know that he has a fabulous sense of humor which adds to his do not take life too seriously philosophy. He is the third oldest from a beautiful family of 13. Yes, 13! Let us talk about a house full of well- rounded, intelligent, athletic, and artistic personalities. This makes for the best holidays! Oh, and he has changed more diapers than the average mom (did I say that?!). Nolan has many talents. If you were to review his athletic accomplishments, you would find nothing but a record breaking all- star soccer goalkeeper and football kicker. In high school, he was known for being the crazy man who played two sports. He attended Billings Central Catholic high school and went on to obtain his Bachelors degree in Petroleum Engineering. He currently works for Cyclone Drilling in Gillette, WY. Nolan is an incredibly selfless and hardworking man. He would give any one of his friends or family members the shirt off his back. He enjoys crossfit, entertaining (the man can cook an incredible meal), and has picked up a new love for golf. His intelligence and leadership makes for essential open and easy communication. He truly brings out the best in everyone that he meets. There is a lot to say about a man that can make his soon to be wife feel beautiful and loved every day!
