A MANSION WITH EVERYTHING A ROYAL APPROACH- HISTORY, NATURE, AND ELEGANCE A wealth of spectacularly good architecture is represented in this superb estate on 120 breathtaking acres. A beautifully elevated point is home to an equally stunning residence of nearly 14,000 square feet overlooking the loveliest views of the Mississippi River in the quaint area of Imperial, Missouri.
Drive up the sloped driveway to the property you may want to call home and you might even feel like royalty not just because the estate is in a town with such a regal name! You will have an incredible opportunity to keep the acreage as a private estate or develop part of it. The property has a fine equestrian facility that can house 12 horses with a riding ring, a pool and spa along with a detached carriage house, greenhouse, tennis court, workshop and hobby area, garage for 16 vehicles, plus a caretaker’s home quietly nestled on the land. Built in 1915 and lovingly restored and kept up prisnely, the two-story foyer invites one to enter the mul level structure. An amazing staircase greets upon entry and reflects the stature the home deserves. Both levels of the mansion have complete master suites with a total of 6 bedrooms and 6.5 bathrooms. The interior is sublimely comforng with built-in bookcases, cathedral ceilings, historically significant period millwork, and special millwork such as the fireplace mantle - There are 3 wood burning fireplaces altogether within the home. This very private estate lies in splendor and awaits another Imperial family to live inside it and to enjoy all the amenies of the area.

WORLD-CLASS ESTATE IN THE LONE STAR STATE This is an opportunity to buy your own “Garden of Eden”. Custom designed and built, this 6,900 square foot estate home rests on 240 acres of pristine land with lake and artesian well.
The owner of this one-of-a-kind estate ranch told me that when he was a youth, he would have to go out to a spring and haul water into the house – it le an indelible impression on him – and he vowed that a source of fresh water would be an essenal part of his future home. When this great ranch property in the midst of piney woods became available, the first thing that got his aenon was the artesian well flowing perpetually through the property!
The artesian well became the source of fresh water when the owners designed and constructed this 4 bedroom and 3.5 bath two-story structure. An equestrian stable with 8 stalls was added, and an exisng cabin on the property was renovated as a caretaker’s home. The pictures tell the story of elegance and style put together by one of the country’s foremost interior designers who is the wife and mother to the family that has occupied the oh so comfortable yet posh abode. An electric gate entry leads to the Ausn quarried stonewalls surrounding the motor court. The entry foyer is grand, with the stairway going to the upstairs level guest rooms and study. The main level encompasses the 2 level Great-room with floor to ceiling windows and a fireplace, Master Bedroom, Library, Game room, and a kitchen with every amenity and high-end appliances and granite countertops for the gourmet chef. Four fireplaces inside and one outside add the warm ambiance.
Imagine a location just one hour from Dallas in the lush, green rolling hills of East Texas.
Offered at: $5,100,000

The Promise A most unusual gift of love
The Poem Reads:
“Across the years I will walk with you - in deep, green forests; on shores of sand: and when our time on earth is through, in heaven, too, you will have my hand. “ Dear Reader: The drawing you see above is called The Promise. It is completely composed of dots and ink. After writing the poem, I with a quill pen and placed thousands of these dots, one at a time, to create this gift in honor of my youngest brother and his wife. Now, I have decided to offer The Promise to those who share and value it’s sentiment. Each litho is numbered and signed by hand and precisely captures the detail of the drawing. As a wedding or anniversary gift, or simply as a standard for your own home, I believe you will find it most appropriate. Measuring 14” x 16”, it is available either fully-framed in a subtle copper tone with hand-cut double mats of pewter and rust at $145* or in the mats alone at $105*. Please add $18.95 for insured shipping and packing. Your satisfaction is completely guaranteed. My best wishes are with you.

HIS
&
HERS
NIC ROLDAN: Polo’s Captain Marvel With LA Sokolowski, equinista Photos provided by Nic Roldan Nicolas Ezequiel Roldan, 37, is all about the numbers. He’s a fourth-generation polo player and America’s top-ranked player (with an impressive 8-goal handicap) who, before earning wins on all five continents at every goal level, was also its youngest (age 15) US Open Polo titlist. We’ll opt for calling him polo’s Top American Ambassador, and the goals are on a public field aimed at increasing awareness and participation for the sport at all levels. Thanks to his energy for the sport in and out of the saddle, the US Polo Association has benefited in Internationals and increased its number of Beach Polo, Snow Polo and philanthropic events. What’s next for this charismatic captain, part-time model, and former Town & Country Magazine Top 50 Bachelor? Try achieving 10-goal status, winning his second US Open Polo titl,e and helping America reclaim the infamous Westchester Cup. Most of all, to keep growing the sport and a new World Polo League created by Marc and Melissa Ganzi, with Bob and Robert Jonavas: “The League hosts the highest level of polo outside of Argentina, right there in Wellington, Florida.”
HERS: What do you remember about your first horse or pony? HIS: Her name was China. She was a old grey mare from Pony Express. She was amazing! I spent hours on her riding and stick ‘n’ balling. HERS: What do you like best in a horse? HIS: Power, for sure.
EQUINE Lifestyle
HERS: What book would you like to find time to read? HIS: Sports motivation books.
38
HERS: Last series you binge watched? HIS: Yellowstone. HERS: Is there a job in your past that was never included on your résumé? HIS: I’ve never had any job other than playing polo. Between ages 12-15 I got paid in the summer to flag polo games and at 15 I was a professional player.
HERS: If you worked outside the horse world what would you be doing? HIS: Real estate development. Doing it now as well. HERS: What is your favorite quote? HIS: The Dalai Lama says, “If you want to be happy for a moment, seek revenge. If you want to always be happy, forgive.” HERS: Describe yourself in one word? What word might your friends choose? HIS: Driven and high energy (haha). HERS: Where do you see horse sport headed in this new decade? HIS: I think the sport is headed in the right direction, especially the jumping and polo disciplines. Our growth in the sport is positive and we have more teams in high goal this year than ever. Events like Aspen Snow Polo and Miami Beach Polo have done a great job of putting polo on different maps.

It’s funny but everyone seems to have a different calendar when it comes to decorating for the season. Some stores start decorating for the holidays in mid October while others wait until the chilly winds of early December arrive. Whether winter decorations brighten your home as early as Halloween or linger through Super Bowl Sunday, decking the halls is a tried and true seasonal favorite. With guests coming and going as we usher out the old and ring in the Vintage Snow globe new year, the age-old question of when to deck and when to deinstall the holiday wreaths, ornaments, figurines, etc. is one of personal preference. Snow season collectibles—nativity sets, Christmas trees, Hannukah menorahs, wreaths, garlands, sleigh bells—all help make the season cheery and bright.

Byers Choice Ltd. Carolers
EQUINE Lifestyle
Snowy season collectibles are popular and speak to our image of the holidays. Byers Choice Ltd. carolers, a Bucks County, Pennsylvania mainstay and international favorite, are popular hand painted clay heads demonstrating a singing caroler. Each caroler is hand made by a skilled artisan at the Byers Choice Ltd. workshop in Chalfont, PA and visitors can watch them Byers Choice Ltd. They are produced and marketed by theme –carolers by the sea, Charles Dickens’ characters, American patriots, etc.--relating to the Christmas holiday and are widely collected throughout the year. pulted into the public eye in the early 1950s, well into the postwar period in America. Today, many folks have taken snowman collecting to a new level. Arguably, the most famous snowmen introduced as a song before becoming the pop culture icon that we all know and love. The wintery themed novelty song was produced by Steve Rollins and Jack Nelson and recorded by cowboy crooner, Gene Autry, in 1950. Trying to capture the success of Rudolph the Red Nosed Reindeer, a recording that sold 2 million copies, Autry recorded the quintessential snowman’s theme song. Related cartoons and children’s books about Frosty the Snowman soon followed. In 1954, the UPA studios made Frosty the Snowman the central character of a 3-minute animated duced a half hour TV special featuring Frosty the Snowman and the unmistakable voices of Jimmy Durante and Jackie Vernon. The rest of this snowman celebrity story is corncob pipe history.
Shakeable Snow globes
Snow artistry has taken on many forms when it comes to winter collectibles including the ever-popular snow globe. Snow globes, snow domes, or as the German’s call them, schneekugeln were
in Paris, the snow globe got worldwide attention as a souvenir. This world’s fair snow globe featured a model of the newly built Eiffel Tower designed by Gustave Eiffel inside. Initially, snow globes consisted of a heavy lead glass dome that was placed over a ceramic tableau. Central European artisans blew glass globes to protect religious relics and clockwork movements made the snow inside move within the globe from all directions as if demonstrating a windy blizzard. The snow inside the snow globe was created with bone chips, porcelain pieces, or non-soluble soap duced from tiny pieces of white plastic and enhanced with distilled water and glycerin to make the water denser and snow appear to realistically move within the globe atmosphere. In the 1940s, snow globes were produced as advertising paperweights and as travel souvenirs and keepsakes of vacations. In the Victorian era, the British called the collectible tableaus spite their European beginnings, snow globes were mass-produced mass-production patent for snow globes featured Garajha’s new base which allowed the globe to be screwed into it like a light bulb. Today, snow globes are traded and collected worldwide. Today, the specialty annual snow globes featuring products and characters from companies like Louis Vuitton, Chanel, and Disney are big gifts selves on holiday shopping lists worldwide and some range in value from $500 to $5,000 at auction.

Aiken, South Carolina A Year-Round Equestrian Haven
By Jack Roth, Carolina Real Estate Company www.jackroth.biz or www.carolinahorseproperes.com Photos by Shelly Marshall Schmidt
Aiken has long been known as a popular seasonal residence for equestrians. But many are extending their stays into the late spring months, or even deciding to sell their homes up North to make Aiken their new hometown. How did this quaint town capture the hearts of so many? The answer is a combinaon of Aiken’s love of horses and Southern charm. At the end of the 19th century, Aiken was known as a “health resort” where Northerners would travel for mild winters and Charleston residents would escape the oppressive heat and humidity. They foxhunted, played polo and trained young racehorses. Over me, other riding disciplines such as 3-day evenng, hunter/jumper and dressage joined in, and today, Aiken has blossomed into a year-round equestrian desnaon. 42

43
By the 1880s, numerous wealthy Northerners had adopted Aiken as their winter home, establishing the “Winter Colony.” Arriving by train, the winter colonists spent their me in Aiken playing golf, court tennis, and bird hunng. They were also accomplished equestrians, polo players and avid foxhunters. Many aristocrats, like the Hitchcocks, Whitneys, Vanderbilts, Goodyears, and Astors, loved the area so much that they built grand “coages” that sll stand today. They established Aiken as the principal winter home and training ground for some of the country’s finest racing thoroughbreds. So, what’s the allure of this small town where so many of the streets are sll unpaved? That’s the beauty of it. Aiken caters to horses – and equestrians. The unpaved streets provide good foong for horses, so that’s why they remain today. Some of the most valuable properes are on sandy clay streets in Aiken’s historic district. Horses are part of everyday life here. Downtown street signs are embellished with horse heads, crosswalks have buons at “horse” height allowing riders to cross traffic safely, shops and restaurants display equestrian artwork, photographs and winning racing silks. It is common to see people in riding boots and breeches in shops, restaurants and grocery stores. “Traffic” is a four-in-hand carriage out for a drive in the historic district. If you are a horse show competor, Aiken has a wide variety of opons to choose from. There are recognized dressage, 3-day evenng and hunter/jumper shows year-round at top notch facilies such as Bruce’s Field, Highfields and StableView. You can oen even find a one-day show on a weekday, making Aiken an incredibly affordable opon to the usual high cost of horse showing. Many other facilies, such as The Vista, Full Gallop and Paradise Farm, offer schooling shows, and hunter paces. 44
There is no shortage of spectator events either. Aiken’s Triple Crown features three weekends of fun in the spring including the Aiken Trials, a flat race for young thoroughbred champion hopefuls, the Aiken Steeplechase and Pacers and Polo, a benefit game for the University of South Carolina. The Grand Prix Eventing showcase at Bruce’s Field in February is a who’s who of U.S. evenng riders, and internaonal competors from Canada, Brazil, and the UK. One of Aiken’s gems is Hitchcock Woods, the largest privatelyowned urban forest in the country. Its 2,100 acres and 70 miles of sandy trails have been a haven for pedestrians and equestrians since the early 1800’s. It is also the home of the Aiken Hounds, the oldest, connuously operang foxhunt in the country. The Aiken Horse Show, or “Show in the Woods,” a benefit for the Hitchcock Woods Foundaon, is held every spring in the grass show ring and ringside tent within the Woods. Aiken’s vibrant downtown is the center of acvity all year long. Locally-owned bouques and shops, chef-owned restaurants and coffee shops, anque stores and art studios line the streets. Thursday nights in mid-March are the start of “Amp the Alley,” where you can stroll the Alley with your favorite drink, enjoy live music, and check out the local farmer’s market. Other downtown fesvals include Hops n’ Hogs, Aiken’s Makin, Oktoberfest, Chocolate Fesval, Joye in Aiken and Anques in the Heart of Aiken.

There are many other things to see and do in the area including Hopelands Gardens, where you can walk the winding paths or enjoy the Summer Concert Series in May and June. Grab your paddle and play some pickleball at Odell Weeks Acvity Center, visit the Aiken Thoroughbred Racing Hall of Fame & Museum or golf one of Aiken’s private or public courses. Stop in The Willcox, voted one of the best hotels in the world, and enjoy a cocktail in their inving bar or welcoming rocking chairs on the front porch. Aiken offers a wide variety of opons for those looking to relocate here. Downtown and the historic district offers quaint, cozy coages and larger estates on beaufully shaded parkways. Equestrian communies such as New Bridge Polo & Country Club, Three Runs Plantaon and Bridle Creek offer riding amenies such as arenas and trails. For the golfer, Woodside Plantaon, Cedar Creek Golf Club or Houndslake Golf Club may be the right fit. Or, if you are looking to build your dream farm, there is plenty raw land that provides privacy, but is sll close to town.
Aiken is a unique town with natural charm, culture, friendly people, and horses. Hope to see you soon in this haven for horses, homes, history, and hospitality!

Rein Aids
An excerpt from the new book Stride Control: Exercises to Improve Rideability, Adjustability and Performance by Jen Marsden Hamilton.
R
ein aids are used to communicate with your horse. If you want the horse to back up, that’s different from wanting to turn, so you have different rein aids for different responses.
Your hands are to be held over and in front of the horse’s withers because the force of your rein should go in a straight line from the bit through your elbow— that’s where the physics are correct and you can connect with the horse’s mouth properly. If you drop your hand, your altered position means the mechanics of your rein aids are all wrong. The hands control the horse from the withers forward. The leg controls him from the withers back.
TRAINING & Showing
DIRECT REIN force of the rein goes directly back toward your hip on the same side. The direct rein directs the horse’s weight from the forehand to the hind end. It controls pace and balance. You ride forward from your leg into the contact, and the contact is direct pressure. The contact is balance. Leg-to-hand creates connection and directs the horse’s weight to the hind end, lightening the front end.
INDIRECT REIN An indirect rein directs the force of the rein toward the rider’s opposite hip. 56
An indirect rein in front of the horse’s withers transfers the horse’s balance from one shoulder to the other. An indirect rein behind the withers directs the horse’s balance from the shoulder to the opposite hip and hock. The indirect rein creates bend. Softening the horse laterally by bending creates a softer horse longitudinally.
BEARING REIN / NECK REIN The bearing rein or neck rein presses into the horse’s neck in front of the withers. The bearing rein stops sideways motion. The more you pull a horse with one rein around a turn, the more he will drift sideways. Use a bearing rein to block sideways motion and to stop “rubber-necking.”
OPEN REIN / LEADING REIN With this rein aid, one of the rider’s hands and reins opens away from the horse’s www.EliteEquestrianMagazine.com
neck at the level of the rider’s other hand. The hand only goes out as far as the track of the horse and does not disturb the forward motion. When you extend the open rein, it becomes a leading rein, which is used mostly on young horses. It’s also used on jumpers for very tight turns because it does not disturb the pace
PULLEY REIN The pulley rein is your emergency stop. It is also used by eventers on cross-country when entering the zone of the jump from neck, brace with it, and pull the horse up with the other rein. Is Your Horse Worth his
SALT ? THE WAY OF HORSES By Eleanor Blazer Copyright @ 2019
Early Roman soldiers were partially paid in salt (salarium argentum, which is where the word “salary” originated). A severe salt deficiency can cause your horse to die. Napoleon had thousands of soldiers die during his retreat from Moscow when wounds would not heal due to a “salt deficiency”. Salt is an essential nutrient – the body needs it, but cannot manufacturer it. Salt must be provided in the diet. Salt consists of sodium and chloride (NaCl). Sodium is an electrolyte. Electrolytes are electrically charged particles called ions. These ions can be lost through sweat. They are necessary for cellular metabolism, a balanced cellular system and the production of energy using calories. Sodium helps maintain hydration and is important to muscle contraction and nerves. Chloride is an electrolyte. It has a negative charge while sodium has a positive charge. The balance between the two helps maintain healthy blood cells.
EQUINE Health
Blood is self-regulating (homeostatic). It will go to great lengths to maintain its normal stability – even to the point of robbing nutrients from other organs. If salt is not available through diet, the blood will steal the salt present in urine and sweat. But urine and sweat production cannot be stopped and the blood returns the salt to the kidneys and sweat glands. The body tries to maintain itself by diluting the urine and sweat with more water to try to keep from robbing the salt from the blood and excreting it. The body’s tissues become dehydrated while the blood tries to maintain its normalcy. An average sized horse (1100-pounds), at rest, needs about two ounces of salt per day. Four – five ounces may be needed on hot days and during strenuous exercise when sweat is being produced.
The ancient Greeks
traded salt for slaves – hence the saying “worth his salt”.
Approximately six teaspoons equals one ounce. There is some salt in commercially produced feeds. If the product is fed according to the feeding directions an ounce of salt per day may be provided by the feed. This is not enough salt. Salt must be provided in some form …block or loose. I do not like salt blocks. Blocks of salt were designed for cattle. Cattle have rough tongues. That is why many horses bite and destroy the blocks…they are trying to get the needed salt. I recommend loose white granulated salt – it looks just like table salt. Feed stores will have it in 50-pound bags. It will be more economical than the blocks. You will get more salt for your money. Horses that are salt starved must be introduced to salt slowly. Salt poisoning is possible if salt is suddenly available. Symptoms of salt poisoning are digestive upset and cramps. Salt is the only mineral which horses know they need. Horses can be deficient in copper or any other mineral and not consume the needed amounts when they are available. But horses will eat salt if their body needs it. Along with salt, horses need water. Water is the most important nutrient. Increased consumption of salt will increase water intake. A full salt feeder next to a fresh clean bucket of water is required in all horse areas – at all times. Salt and water…it’s simple and it’s cheap…and your horse is worth it. The Key Ingredients to Topline By Russell Mueller, U.S. retail equine marketing manager, Cargill

very horse owner wants their horses to look and feel their best, and a lot of time is spent figuring out the best way to do so.
One key indicator of overall health is a horse’s topline, or the muscles that run along the spine consisting of the withers and back, the loin and the croup. In fact, a 2016 survey of veterinarians from the American Association of Equine Practitioners found that seven out of 10 veterinarians believe a healthy topline is key to a horse’s well-being. Of those same veterinarians, 62% believe a healthy topline is key to fewer injuries.

So, what exactly goes into promoting a healthy topline? While factors such as genetics and exercise make an impact, proper nutrition plays the most critical role. By following key nutritional recommendations, horse owners can help keep their horses healthy and performing at their best. AMINO ACIDS: KEY TOPLINE CONTRIBUTOR For topline health, amino acids are the name of the game. Muscles are made of protein, and protein is made of these crucial amino acid building blocks. Ensuring the right input of amino acids through proper nutrition will go a long way to grow larger muscle and impact overall body composition. Of the 22 natural amino acids known today, there are 10 that are essential for a horse’s daily diet: lysine, methionine, threonine, tryptophan, valine, leucine, isoleucine, phenylalanine, histidine and arginine. The Herbalism of Horses By Karin Matey
S pring
When
arrives in the
White Mountains of New Hampshire
... I reflect back on the well-meant advice I received from local horse people about keeping my horse pasture free from harmful plants. At the beginning of my horse journey I was grateful for this well-meaning advice about how to tackle and clear the horses’ grazing meadows of all suspicious and potentially poisonous plants and flowers. Back then I had much to learn about horses, and the suggestion that diverse plants and flowers could threaten their health galvanized me into action. As the fields turned green with the new growth of Spring, I began the hard work of removing some of the flowers and plants from the pasture that I felt might cause possible health issues for my horses, but I soon realized that the harder I tried to remove the plants and flowers that could be a potential threat the more they grew right back. Quickly I saw this was a lost cause and there was no way that I could possibly remove even a small part of, let alone all flowers and plants that could be harmful. Actually, I love seeing all the varieties of wildflowers that grow in our area and often observe my horses while grazing in the field eating along with their grass some of the flowers in their favorite meadow, at the same time they pass over or avoid eating others. In the mornings as I sat on a big rock in the meadow observing my horses graze, I could not help but notice them eating some fresh blooming wildflowers, raspberry shoots, and other plants we humans like to call “weeds” and even stripping the bark off and chewing on tree branches. I was surprised to see them eat these so-called weeds and nibble on pine and birch branches. Over the years I’ve developed a morning ritual. While spending time with my horses and watching them in the early morning I pick a handful of wildflowers to make a beautiful bouquet for my skin care spa from which I make part of my living. I love nature and love the sight of the beautiful trees and flowers in our part of the world which give me a sense of wellness. We are connected to everyone and everything, starting with the flowers. They are not only beautiful to look at but as I have learned also hold many long-forgotten health benefits for both humans and animals.

How mighty and bold the trees stand around the edge of the fields. Trees exhale the oxygen without which we would not be able to breathe or survive. Like trees, flowers have healing properties that the wild and domestic animals know and instinctively take advantage of. If I had somehow managed to remove most or all of the beautiful wildflowers and plants from my meadow, their nourishment would have been lost. I would have also removed the beautiful butterflies, bees, hummingbirds, dragonflies and many other species of wildlife by eliminating their natural habitat. One morning before leaving my horses in the pasture to get ready for work, after picking wildflowers for myself and my spa, I walked over to my horses and gave them a hug and pat before walking back to the house. My horse Sebastian took me by surprise as he simply ate the whole bouquet of flowers right out of my hand! I worried that some of the flowers could be poisonous to him. I knew how potent some flowers could be. I had to get ready for work soon and could only stay a few more minutes to observe him and make sure he was not going to get sick. To my relief he was just fine. Sebastian knew exactly what he was doing before he decided to eat the whole bouquet of flowers right out of my hand. He took a few seconds to carefully smell them and let his lips run over the flowers before he decided to eat them. He did not know that I had intended to bring the flowers home to my spa but thought that when I let him smell the flowers I was giving him a treat!
that horses have a natural judgment for what is good to eat and what is not. Any worries about my horses eating poisonous plants, trees or flowers were unnecessary. Sebastian instinctively knew which plants and flowers were healthy to eat and which ones were best left alone. The yellow buttercup, for instance, horses never touch. Sebastian had just clearly shown me that by smell and instinct he knew that the flowers he ate were not poison and were safe and good to eat. Later that day, I looked up the flowers the horses ate by name in my herb book and read up on their healing powers: yarrow, clover, raspberries, vetch, apple blossoms. They were all nonpoisonous and nourishing. Yarrow with its small white flowers which bloom in late Spring has been known for its medicinal properties for many centuries. Its blood cleansing ability has helped many people restore their health. Raspberry leaves and bushes are full of vitamins and nutrients that most people in today’s medical world have forgotten as they have turned from natural remedies to pharmaceutical medicine.
Horses are able to decide for themselves which plants, small trees, and flowers are edible and which are not.
I walked home with no flowers for my spa but with a new insight about horses and their natural instinct for herbalism. What Sebastian taught me that morning in a humorous way proved to me 64
Horses are able to decide for themselves which plants, small trees, and flowers are edible and which are not. People sometimes might give their horses things not good for them, but in the pasture the horses know for themselves what is edible and what is not. When Sebastian ate the bouquet of flowers right out of my hand that morning, he taught me that horses really do have a very natural instinct for herbalism. Zebra Equine Technologies Invents
Innovative
Sports Medicine Horse Boot
The Z Boot combines cooling cells and Bluetooth technology to keep your horse safe and the rider informed. Zebra Equine Technologies was formed by CEO David Wadman- a rodeo competitor, who found that over time his horses developed “wind puffs” on their lower legswhich are the result of damage to the horse’s lower leg. These hormones can breakdown the tendon cells and may cause irreparable damage. He started doing research on how to repair what was happening to their lower legs and found that horse boots were a big cause to this problem.
This newfound knowledge sent him on a mission to create the Z Boot. “The whole point is the Z boot was developed with our horses in mind,” said CEO David Wadman, “It has better impact material, better heat absorption and extraction from the leg, and reports real time temperatures to the rider so they can take care of their horse better.” The Z Boot is a protective sports medicine horse boot used during competition or exercise. The Z Boot contains cooling cells that pull heat from the horse’s tendons and ligaments during exercise. Competitor boots trap heat inside the horse’s leg, essentially cooking the tendons and ligaments. The Z Boot contains a Bluetooth temperature sensor that reports real time leg temperatures from the horse boot onto an app that the rider downloads to their smartphone. The impact material in the boot is state of the art and absorbs 90% of the impact unlike the competitor boot that just has foam padding.

(Human Horse Heart) Working with horses with the heart in mind
TRAINING & Showing
M
STORY AND PHOTOS BY Dr. Alessandra Deerinck
any are the ways to keep the heart in mind when working with horses. Some even think that heart rate can synchronize between equine and human, that they have a metaphysical connection, and that we should look up to the horse as an animal with superior qualities. While working with the heart in mind is a very needed mean of bringing wellbeing to horses, at Human Horse Sensing we prefer to stay clear from the wide spread tendency to give more meaning than it really has to the correlation between equine and human heart. Scientifically approaching a subject involves measuring meaningful values, and then focus on what we measured, but also not lose track of the complete picture. When heart rate synchronicity occurs between human and horse, the correlation does not equal causation. At Human Horse Sensing we think that heart rate synchronicity between human and horse can be caused by the situation of sentient individuals that are interacting, and being in the same environment seen from the different perspectives of a human species and a horse species. Horses always have their senses active in perceiving the environment as well as our behavior, and can become anxious because of their perception. Horses would not react to some aspects of a situation that can be stressful for human beings because they cannot understand details in the same manner, and the same is true in reverse for people. For example, physiological markers like heart rate indicate that active performance in general impacts the equine metabolism, but the stress of performing “for an audience”, which is a meaningful concept for human beings is not additionally stressful for equines, unless there is physical reason at the time of the action, and horses can perceive it, or they had a previous similar experience that was not positive. An event in the surrounding area can actually distract an attentive animal from an already happening interaction, regardless of the character of it being cooperative or competitive and become the focus of the animal’s attention. This is very true for horses that naturally are prey
68

animals, and all riders have experienced how dangerous it can be. It is also true that given the time they need, horses can recognize the difference between objects or threats, and in this case, they deepen their state of attention and behave consequently of how they feel about the focus of their attention. Since we are in the same environment there are things we can do to influence their sensory perception. Between human beings we can talk about how we feel, and exchange information, with an individual of a different species we cannot have such a detailed immediate verbal communication. The way we understand how horses feel about something is by observing their behavior when they are able to freely express themselves. Animals recognize information from the environment and act upon it with their behavior and if we can switch our way to communicate to behavior instead of language, we can be much more detailed in our relationship with another animal species. In the body of an equine and of a human, the heart rate is controlled by the two branches of the involuntary autonomic nervous system, the sympathetic nervous system (SNS) and the parasympathetic nervous system (PNS). Sympathetic stimulation causes the release of the neurotransmitter norepinephrine (NE) at the neuromuscular junction of the cardiac nerves which results in an increase in HR. The parasympathetic nervous system (PNS) releases the hormone acetylcholine to slow the heart rate. The heart rate can be influenced by physiological arousal due to physical activity, but also by psychological arousal due to anxiety. Exertion arousal comes from within the individual, anxiety has to have a trigger from sensory perception of a situation that is happening, or a “bad memory”. In any animal individual occasional moments of anxiety are normal, especially if there is an identifiable cause for it. Problems arise when the anxiety becomes so overwhelming that it interferes with the ability to function. This is what happens when an individual is having a fearful experience, or finds himself in the same fearful situation, which brings him to a survival mode of action.

Polo clinic
While relating with horses during riding or on the ground, with Human Horse Sensing method we have found several key points that work in helping horses get comfortable with the situation they experience. At the present time we are investigating this matter in partnership with Antonio Meridda, an Italian ethologist and with Hylofit, a company that produces a heart monitoring device. Their monitor is designed to assess rider and horse at the same time, and has a phone application that allows to follow the action in real time, and to refer to videos taken at the same time. This format is allowing us to document the recordings in a complete manner, coupling measurable values to the behavior of the horse. We are measuring the heart rate and observing the behavior of horses that we have been able to take to many different kinds of experience, obtaining a positive behavioral response, for the first time without training them for it. The scope of the experience ranges from traditional equestrian disciplines to everyday human life tasks, like going out shopping, to a drive-through fast food, to a school, to the farmers market, to a church Christmas party, to check on our car at the dealership or even to a political rally. Our hypothesis is that when horses perceive the environment the heart rate will increase, showing the evidence that perception happened, but what matters for the interaction between human and horse is the behavior that the horse displays. It shows how the perception has been integrated with their organism. Based on the experience, in the lifelong learning process an individual will build memories and base on them the future behavior. In our observation we are monitoring the heart rate, and the behavior, with the purpose of determining how effective is what we do to help the horse perceive and cope with situations that can be difficult. In our way of interacting with horses they always have a choice and when we approached every situation, according to our method, we constantly obtained comfortable behavior. If a horse raised his state of awareness, following
Human Horse Sensing method we were able to help him perceive, and become comfortable. Now, we want to see how this instance impacts the heart rate. We will study the results and draw conclusions that may open new perspectives for the wellbeing of our domestic horses. Dr Meridda and I will also be working in translating the structure of Human Horse Sensing to the interaction between human beings and other social animal species. Unfortunately, people interacting with horses traditionally do not allow them to freely perceive the environment, to respond to it, but just want horses to perform the trained action, therefore the equine input in the interaction with human beings is limited, or even completely avoided. Human Horse Sensing is a method of interacting with horses that actually welcomes the horse in the relationship. It is not based on conditioned training, but purposefully channels the communication through the senses, structures the content according to social criteria that can be managed spontaneously because they have an instinctual meaning for the horse. I want to highlight the importance of letting horses have a choice in behavior when we interact with them. A horse has naturally a strong ability to adapt to what surrounds him, and can face difficult situations by himself. We would like to team up with horses without guessing, and be able to share any situation with them, not just when we artificially construct a “safe environment”, where we make the horse do what we want. Horses shared our life and helped us build our civilization, now that they are a pleasure instead of a need, can we be a support for our horses instead of a hindrance?

THE LANGUAGE OF HORSES March 21st 2020 CLINIC The enormous sensivity of the horses allows them to perceive our every emoon, state of mind, be it serene or angry. How many mes have you entered the stable nervously and received from the horse an atude of unease, restlessness, fear, or no response to your request, or instead you were happy and relaxed and saw the horse respond well to your message. This is because the language of our body communicates wonderfully and equally wonderfully the horse reads our being. A serene horse feels safe, at ease, and that is where trusng begins, an important feeling that creates good interacon, in harmony with the horse. He must feel free to express himself, free to communicate, keeping his natural needs solid, this is called complicity. Communicaon is important, especially when a horse needs to be listened to, because it has been mistreated, handled inadequately in respect to its needs, debilitated. On March 21, the second seminar on “the language of the horse” will take place in Triora, organized by Terra di Confine, an associaon known for the protecon of horses and wild animals such as birds of prey, in collaboraon with the city of Triora in the splendid village full of history and charm. The natural environments will allow you to stay in a suitable habitat to create harmony between rider and horse. Triora is not only famous for being the “town of the witches” but for being a set of Natural and Faunisc Heritage. Speakers: Dr. Alessandra Deerinck, Veterinary surgeon will talk about “Human Horse Sensing” method, a method she designed, where the fundamental characteriscs are communicang through the 5 senses, using them she teaches how to build a posive relaonship based on mutual understanding. A natural and insncve dialogue. Dr. Sabina Camarda, President of Terra di Confine Will talk about the psycho-physical recovery of the horse, how to read the problem horse and about the physical recovery of the traumazed animal. The horse, like every creature on earth, has a wonderful way of communicang, it signals suffering, pain, serenity, curiosity. When a horse does not respond to our solicitaon, it is never a problem of hoslity, but has different movaons: the non-response is the answer itself.

The HEART and SOUL
of the
Sport of Kings
By Team Resolute’s David Eldredge Photos by Team Resolute, LLC
Polo is the glamorous sport of the royal and wealthy. It’s the horse sport most people have always wanted to watch and play but feel is unattainable. It’s played at clubs that feel exclusive or not promoted to the public. If you have been lucky enough to stumble across a match, you are sure to have been enthralled by the majesty of the horses and players. Polo harnesses the incredible athleticism of the horse and pairs it with the extreme skill of the polo player. The sound of polo ponies galloping down the field can make even the spectators hearts race. The skill of a perfect polo stroke executed at full speed will make you catch your breath.

Once you’ve experienced your first match you will be craving the opportunity to pick up a mallet and get on the field. That is if you aren’t faint of heart. If you weren’t lucky enough to have been born into a polo family, finding a way to learn the sport of polo can seem like a search for the holy grail. But hidden behind the glamour of the high goal polo of the rich and wealthy, is a fabulous community of people just like you who are learning and playing the sport for the thrill, the challenge, the bond between horse and rider and the shear fun that comes with the sport. This is where you’ll find the heart and soul of the sport of Kings. The place where the polo players who don’t live in castles come together and enjoy polo for the social as well as the sport itself. Here you will find small business owners, self-made men AND women, farmers, teachers and students of all ages and skill levels. You’ll find senior citizens, former collegiate players down to kids playing at the middle school level hoping to be lucky enough to play on one of the only 3 dozen collegiate or interscholastic programs in the country. This is a lifelong sport and it’s never too late to start learning, I have had first time students into their sixties and know players who are still playing into their seventies. No matter your age or skill level you will find your people here. This community is where I fell in love, or possibly into addiction, with the sport of polo. I became inspired to dedicate my life to the sport. It became the launching pad for my professional career, and many others. I am the son of a dairy farmer, I started playing when I was 7 and won my first tournament at age 9. As a youngster all the players around me were supportive and encouraging. Because of them I dreamed the big 72

dreams and continued to improve and reach goals. I have been blessed enough to play polo for my entire life and have grown a passion for introducing the sport to new players and helping them achieve their goals. I strive to recreate the supportive environment of my youth to foster all my players. The lessons learned on the field and in the arena have shaped my life and have shaped the lives of many others that I have taught. The game is challenging for sure, the joy of bonding with your horse and the adrenaline rush of galloping down a field while hitting a ball is unmatched! The satisfying click of the mallet head striking the ball. The rush of hitting the perfect pass and having your teammate pick it up. Making the shot that nobody expects, these are only a few of the thrills that have driven me to play this lifelong sport. You add these feelings after a hard, sweaty match to the BBQ with your teammates AND competitors, rehashing all the best plays of the match as the main topic. The hooks. The bumps. The goals. The near misses. The cheering crowd. The adrenaline. The rush. The love of the sport. And doing it all with your closest friends. But the players are not the only ones having fun. Tailgating isn’t just for football anymore. A polo match is the perfect venue to enjoy a tailgate with your friends and family. You can set up camp just 10 yards from the action. This close you can feel the ground shake when the ponies gallop past. You’re close enough you might have to duck from a stray ball. Unlike other sports where you’re in the nosebleeds, a polo field is large enough everyone has a field side seat. Enjoying the match with your friends and family can even include the four-legged members, this has in fact provided some of the best impromptu entertainment ever. While it’s not encouraged, I once witnessed a Dachshund chase down a player and his pony the full length of the field with his unsuspecting owner in tow. The PA announcer’s call was as hilarious as the actual event. Just goes to show that everybody can enjoy polo and a polo match will always keep you on your toes. For all these reasons and more, upon retiring from Cornell after almost four decades of coaching Intercollegiate Polo as the winningest coach in Cornell Athletics history,

I decided to create Team Resolute Polo. With my new team I am bringing back the heart and soul of polo to the heart of horse country in Ocala, FL. We are recreating the fun, friendly, supportive and creative environment of the polo clubs during the sport’s heyday because returning to our roots will carry us into the future. With the passion that polo inspires in all who have ever played it, creating clubs that foster this feeling will make the future very bright.

TRAINING

Western Dressage such a POPULAR New Discipline PALM PARTNERSHIP TRAINING ™ Building a Partnership with Your Horse
?
Story & Photo By Lynn Palm This article really begins with a story: In 1997, I tried to upgrade my business of training and competing with horses in multiple disciplines into something else by changing my approach to basic training. I tried to use the term “Dressage Principles” as a basis for Palm Partnership Training’s teaching and education guidelines. Using the word “dressage” hurt our educational merit in the beginning. I would have people come up to me at horse expos, and write letters, emails, and Facebook messages noting that they were Western riders and “didn’t do” dressage. Others said that dressage is too difficult to ride, and they could never achieve it. People would even make comments saying, “I am a trail rider, and I don’t ride dressage!” Hearing this over and over made my husband Cyril, farm manager and friend Marie-Frances and me all agree we shouldn’t use the term “Dressage Principles” as a basis for our training and teaching methods at that time. So we didn’t.
TRAINING & Showing
Ironically, 15 years later people started coming to us and saying things like, “We take dressage lessons and ride western!” and “I want to learn dressage because I know it is going to make me a better rider for my horse.” We agree it wasn’t the right time back then to introduce such a strong term, but now it is part of the Palm Partnership Training fundamentals. Dressage principles truly allow you to become the best partner for your horse! I am truly blessed to have dressage as my first influence in riding and training horses. Cyril also learned dressage as his basis for riding. Cyril is from Europe where dressage is taught to all riders before they advance to jumping or 3-day event riding. “Dressage” is a French word that means “training” a horse. It is the TRUE natural horsemanship of riding and training a horse, because it allows us to truly understand what the horse is telling us and how to tell the horse what we want. These are the main reasons why western riders are so excited about this new discipline. They are realizing all the natural horsemanship techniques that we Americans are coming up with are both good and bad. However, we should also follow the dressage principles of classical dressage because it has already proven successful for centuries.
76
When I learned to ride in the dressage saddle, I would go home and ride Western the same way. NO difference! It really works! Western riders are looking to train a willing horse and not train through submission. Harmony with the horse is what horse owners want whether they are a recreational rider or show ring competitor. This is the beauty of western dressage and why it is going to grow and become even more popular. The best part of western dressage is that it is helps people learn the correct ethics of horsemanship and how to train a willing horse. The bottom line is that people want to learn more about correct riding and training. Dressage will give you the tools to achieve this correctness. It is all in following the Training Pyramid and the dressage levels. There are western dressage tests you can access at http://westerndressageassociation.org/. The perfect way to learn is to practice these tests. Western dressage is for all breeds of horses. It is for the firsttime horse owner and for the owner who has had horses all his/her life. I love to hear horse owners say, “the more I ride and learn the more I realize how much more I don’t know!” Dressage will fill that gap and give you inspiration. Lastly, dressage will give you wonderful challenges for riding correctly and with accuracy during riding tests. It is fun and is similar to the sport of figure skating. It is done with athleticism, which brings out beauty and grace. It reveals lightness and the ability to harmonize with the horse. I promise, if you ride a test, you will get hooked. Join us, and I promise you will love it. We would love to have you come ride with us. We love to share our dressage backgrounds and knowledge with you. You can join us at our Ocala, Florida, farm or at one of our Ride Well Clinics on our USA Tour at a location near you. DOLLARS AND SENSE
The True Value Of A Horse Trailer By Tom Scheve
W
TRAINING & Showing
e live in a society that esteems the almighty dollar. We seek out the biggest sales and ardently shop for the lowest price. And that’s okay. But if you take that approach when shopping for a horse trailer, you’re making a costly mistake. Money spent on purchasing a horse trailer is not the same as the recurrent indeterminable money spent on horses (which leaves your wallet never to be seen again). A horse trailer is an investment, not an expenditure because a sizable amount of the purchase will eventually find its way home when it’s sold or traded. This is important to grasp because making a higher financial investment into a trailer to procure a safer design, more durable construction and optimum safety features not only give you a better long term investment; it will dramatically increase the intrinsic value – a value that is inestimable in the prevention of injuries and saving lives.
FINANCIAL VALUE “You need what? “ First, let’s look at the “dollars and cents” value of a horse trailer. Quite often (but not always), it’s the non-horse owning spouse or one of the parents of a horse-loving child that are the ones that balk when another horse-related purchase arises. And they often control the budget. What they see is another cash outlay in a long line of interminable expenses that go out and never come back. That rationale is not the case for horse trailers. As I stated previously, a horse trailer is an invest purchase it, and will always be worth a certain amount down the road. Understanding this should raise your comfort level when making a trailer purchase, but most importantly, it should “up” the amount you are willing to spend. A higher price, higher quality, safer trailer an “El cheapo” because it will maintain its investment/equity value far better than the less expensive ones. (And we haven’t even gotten to the intrinsic value yet). What makes a trailer you buy today worth more down the road is its demand. Used trailer buyers shop for the “good stuff,” and the “good stuff” is always a brand that is known for durability and safety. Those who buy more expensive brands tend to take better care of them, whereas the cheaper brands are hard to keep up, always demanding service and repair. You will often see a lesser brand used trailer for sale with the slogan “sold as is,” which really means “you buy it, and it becomes your problem.” El Cheapo 2Horse Bumper Pull with Tack Same El Cheapo 2Horse Bumper Pull with Tack Quality Brand 2Horse Bumper Pull w/Tack Same Quality Brand 2Horse BumperPull w/Tack

If you get what we’re saying here, the true purchase price of a horse trailer is the difference between the price you pay for it, and what you can get for it when you trade or sell it. To improve your investment, you do need to get the best price on the original purchase. Since most manufacturers sell their trailers through dealers, and dealers compete with price, you need to shop around. However, a few higher-end brands sell directly to the public that state the prices on their website and published material, in which the prices don’t vary, so no shopping necessary. INTRINSIC VALUE How much is a trailer worth that keeps your horses, family, friends, and yourself out of harm’s way or having to deal with lost days, emotional stress, and even loss of life? That’s what we call the intrinsic or inherent value of a horse trailer. It directly relates to the trailer design, construction, and degree of standard safety features a trailer has that reduce injuries of horses and their handlers. The more safety features and the better the design and construction, the safer it will be value to the savings you realize from veterinarian and medical bills that don’t happen, but it’s real value all the same. In terms of avoiding the emotional crises as a result of injured horses (or people), it is incalculable. Much like insurance, you never realize its true value until you need to use it. determine the intrinsic value of a horse trailer, so here are a few tips: Construction: Surrounding interior walls in the stall area should be strong enough to protect horses from a collision. Steel is preferred. Aluminum isn’t. Ventilation:

C Light: Lots of light reduces stress. Interior Dividers: Dividers, posts, and butt/breast bars should remove easily and quickly, especially under adverse conditions. PullRite has been the leading innovator for over-the-axle towing, whether gooseneck or fih wheel. Today, more and more consumers are looking for a single towing applicaon that can tow a variety of trailer types. What Every Rider Should Know About Human Doping Charges. © 2019 Avery S. Chapman, Esq.

hhen someone brings up allegations of doping in the equestrian sport field, the natural tendency of anyone involved in the conversation is to assume the subject of the allegations is an equine athlete, a horse. For anyone involved in the international equine industry, improper medication or supplementation of sport horses is a known disciplinary red flag, and the volume of such instances, the discipline handed down, and the effects of that discipline are legion. An equine industry participant, whether professional or amateur, does not have to look far to encounter a friend, acquaintance or competitor who has been required to address equine doping allegations. As explained below, for a rider to be exposed to human doping violation charges, it does not matter whether you compete on the international or national level.
TRAINING & Showing
Less often discussed, let alone considered by rider-Athletes, are the rules and presumptions that govern human equestrian Athletes. National Federations can and do apply international drug rules to National-level as well as International-Level Athletes under their governance. The Federation Equestre Internationale that is: “Athlete: Any Person who competes in each International Federation), or the national Organization. In the world of equestrian sport, the FEI exercises complete authority over equestrian sport national federations that have submitted to FEI jurisdiction. Occasionally, reductions downward in the suspension to 2 years are allowed, but those instances appear from the reported cases to be few and far between. There is no provision at FEI for less than a 2 year suspension if an Adverse Analytical Finding of a banned substance is found. An Athlete who promptly accepts responsibility for an Adverse Analytical Finding that would otherwise mandate a 2 year FEI suspension “may “ receive a suspension reduction down to 2 years. A HORSE WITH “KNOW” NAME. To
Q
KNOW, or not to KNOW; UESTION. this is the Story and Photos By Thomas Cooper, CFP®
Many of us in Central Florida have a great life and passion for the equine industry. This is readily seen on our interstate as trucks passing by showcase the glorious nature animal. In fact, on occasion, you can sense a spirit of pride through the white fences along Florida’s highways. Even the traffic during fesvies such as World Equestrian Center, Ocala Breeders Sales, Hits, and Parade of Naons events oen pack our local towns. Did you know, the Equine Industry in Central Florida alone is understood to be a multi-billion-dollar industry. In other words, “the cash is pouring into central Florida.“ According to Tammy Gant, associate VP of the Florida Thoroughbred Breeders and Owners Association, “It’s hard to believe it’s only been 20 years since the Horse Capital of the World® was trademarked when it was discovered Ocala, in Marion County, has more horses than any other county in the U.S.” Additionally, it doesn’t seem feasible that one could imagine the dollar amount each of us spends on this incredible passion. I’m certain many of you can think of monthly expenditures, tickets to horse shows, family housing, and for some, medication - where the word “expensive” is not absent. But what about some who share this great passion, yet do not actually own a horse? How is it these folks can also take part of such a promising industry. Often times they progress toward retirement they wish to diversify their wealth - while maintaining a relationship without the risk of betting. The question then becomes: is this possible? In fact, even the Healthcare Industry has taken significant investment in the Equine Industry. Examples of this are seen in countless research logs of Equine Therapy, where multiple therapy centers are being set up in central Florida for those who deal with stress, anxiety, and severe trauma. Apparently, not only is the Equine Industry and incredible financial opportunity, it is improving the health of thousands of people who have been affected by depression and anxiety. Crystal Fernung, from Journeyman Stallions also maintains the healing power of this type of therapy, “We are finding that horses are starting to prove, that much like our domestic cats and dogs, they can help people heal physically, mentally, and emotionally.” In other words, continuing to invest in our industry improves the lives of people from a medical standpoint. According to a study in 2018 research also shows “horse therapy can calm emotions and people with anxieties.”1
horse carriages, horse feed, heavy machinery, tools, land, insurance, finance, and even transportation of horses themselves. Considering this, as an investment, themed portfolios were designed to offer cost efficiency, transparency; an alternative to traditional mutual and annuity funds. These accounts could be designed to closely match a person’s passion, such as our industry; Central Florida’s Equine Industry. However, what does this mean and how does it relate to your objectives? To know: you can now invest directly into this passion in the EQUINE industry with an investment that trades on the New York Stock Exchange. Why does this matter? As stated earlier those desiring to hang onto their passion as they age into retirement may be looking for alternative ways to grow their resources that are linked to our incredible industry. For quite some time many of us did not know of the potential of this specific industry - and how we can continue to support Florida’s cherished horses. This is how I choose to support my passion and possibly yours too. To know, or not to know: As a resident of Central Florida, and as an investor, I have often thought how I might stay focused on this industry. In fact, my wife and I maintain a home just across the highway from a well-known horse farm. Each morning when I arise, I see and hear this glorious animal that reminds me every day where my true investment lies. It is not necessarily in the value of the dollar, but in the beauty, integrity, and dignity of our industry.
Fortune 500 companies such as Tractor Supply, Merck, and General Dynamics, as well as John Deere equipment, and Archer Daniels Midland impact the Equine passion. Companies as these poor millions of dollars into Central Florida’s Equine industry with regard to pharmaceutical products, 1 Turner, Mandi J. “Horses in Therapy: The Practice of Equine Facilitated Psychotherapy.” (2018). 88

Where Olympians and horse lovers train amongst the spanish moss and live oak trees. Our plans are to hold horse-related events of all disciplines at the farm. So far we have held a two day Gypsy Vanner competition, two full day Hunter Equitation events (with four more planned every Monday), two arena polo events (with polo lessons on Tuesday) and every friday night we host a BBQ, drinks and music for the Ocala community. Once our resident Canadian dressage Olympian starts up her training program we will be hosting Dressage events and of course Jumper events are run by Roger. We will be expanding our events after we complete the build out of two additional outdoor rings and an observation building similar to what exists at The Villages. We will also have little cottages where owners, grooms and guests can rest between events, be it at WEC, Kimberton or Tamarian Farms. Once our resident designer shows up, we will be hosting fundraisers for OHA and BrookeUSA and other worthy institutions in the main residence. Currently there are floor to ceiling boxes in the main residence so we have to make due with the event space in the Main Barn. We support our resident trainers, Elite Equestrian, Team Resolute, GetJumps, WEC and Malvern Bank and look forward to supporting you and your passion!
