Counting Numbers 1 through 20
NUMBERIFIC was developed in an educational seing when the author was employed as a teacher aid. She was tasked with working one-on-one with students who were challenged with certain numbers and so could not keep up with the class. There were no learning materials to teach a specific number, only books that counted each number up to 10 once on a page. She needed a creative way to teach the students the number as well as the numerical value it represented. She thought outside the box and this concept was conceived.
THIS IS NOT A STORY BOOK. It is recommended to read one or two chapters with your child based on their aention span and learning needs. If they need help with a specific number, focus on that chapter.
Please do make copies of the worksheet pages so they can have multiple uses and even span to be used by siblings as they are ready.
This book is dedicated to my grand children, Grace, Jack, Graham, Steven, Jade and nieces, Autumn, Amelia, Emma
And to my former students at the Dover Child Care Center in Dover N.J. who inspired this book.
