I realized quite early on how fitness was changing my life in a positive manner and wanted to share this positivity with others so they could feel the same way as well.

And how do you keep yourself motivated? Fitness is not a short-term achievement, but a lifetime commitment. Even for myself personally, to take out the time every single day to work out and to control
my diet, can be quite a challenge. I may slip at times but I never give up and that is the key to keeping fit. Is there a golden number for the amount of time one should exercise to achieve their fitness goals / ideal weight? It varies from person to person. With everyone’s current weight, diet and lifestyle varying, the ideal weight varies as well. Height and body structure are also factors that need to be considered, so there is no specific ideal weight. But as a general rule, 25 minutes of exercise daily, is a great way to stay healthy. What is your favourite part about working out / what is your favorite exercise? Leg day is the most enjoyable for me. Stronger foundations, stronger me! Squats are key and an exercise I enjoy thoroughly. Everyone has that one weak-
ness when it comes to food! What’s yours? A juicy beef burger with fries is my lifetime weakness! What has been the most gratifying experience in your journey as a personal trainer thus far? Seeing physical changes in my clients as their bodies change and strengthen! Any tips for those looking to get into shape? The secret to being
healthy and fit is to stay focused, determined and always positive. Create a goal, believe in yourself and keep at it! Hydrate yourself regularly, workout at least 25 minutes a day and make sure you sleep well. And most importantly NEVER GIVE UP!
