Fiercely and decidedly independent, their three main festivals make a unique musical mark: each takes place in breathtaking natural Colorado environments, each features the world’s finest musicians and songwriters, and each embraces a “Leave No Trace” ethic that defines Planet Bluegrass as a leader in Sustainable Festivation. Planet Bluegrass presents Telluride Bluegrass, Rockygrass, and Rocky Mountain Folks Festival, bucket list musical gatherings for artists and fans alike.

Located in Lyons at the Planet Bluegrass Ranch along the St. Vrain Rive, this organization also offers bluegrass sessions at their RockyGrass Academy by world-class professional musicians.Planet Bluegrass is invested in the next generation of songwriters and musicians as evidenced by

Currently, events on the schedule include:

June 15-18 - Telluride Bluegrass / located in the rugged San Juan Mountains of Southwestern Colorado. Impressive lineup, nightgrass and workshops included.

July 28-20 - Rockygrass Festival / In Lyons at Planet Bluegrass Ranch. 20 acts on the Main Stage. Camping and contest entries are still available.

August 11-13 - Rocky Mountain Folks Festival/In Lyons At Planet Bluegrass Ranch. Bringing together
