FORCES FOR GOOD The old saying goes that two heads are better than one. And now two of Penrith’s prominent real estate agencies are hoping to prove this is the case after announcing their merger. Dukes Estate Agents and Michael Ball Realty have recently joined forces and will be bringing together over 35 years of combined knowledge and experience. Director of Dukes Estate Agents, Paul Dukes said that everyone was delighted to welcome Michael Ball Realty on board. “I have known Michael for many years and believed Michael and his team would be a great fit for Dukes Estate Agents,” he said. “This is extremely positive for both our clients and business as a whole. We have always wanted to deliver the best possible service to all our clients for sales, property management and now strata and we are just now doing it on a much broader scale.” Besides an increase in staff, Mr Dukes said that there would be no changes to their operation ensuring that the same level of service would be provided, just on a bigger scale.
