There have been many changes to both the property market and the finance industry over the year, with the pace of change increasing. This is our last article for the year and we thought it worth summarising some of the key things to consider when buying a property, which we have written about this year.

Why did you become involved in the real estate industry?

I have always had a huge passion for property and it felt like the natural choice when I left school.

The vendors were located in North Sydney and unable to attend to the property throughout the campaign so I took on the responsibility to ensure the property was immaculate before every inspection.

What do you love most about being in real estate?

There is never a dull moment in real estate, every day is different and every day brings with it new challenges that we need to

overcome. The amazing feeling you get when you are invited into someone’s home for a market appraisal or the joy you experience when achieving a great result for your client is like no other. By the end of a deal you feel almost like you are a part of the family and I get a huge level of satisfaction knowing that I achieved a great result for them.
