Despite this, he believes there are ways around it that can protect both the children and homeowners. “To make it work there should be measures that say ‘ok you can do this but you have to fill the holes and paint it the right colour’ so it works for the owner whilst also protecting the tenant’s children,” he said. “I’ve been on both sides of the market, you don’t want your
