olice are trying to piece together the final movements of 51-year-old Penrith woman Debbie Spencer, who died earlier this week. Ms Spencer was found unconscious on a pedestrian walkway in the Penrith CBD on

Sunday morning and later died in hospital, prompting a major police investigation. On Tuesday, police appealed to anyone with information to come forward as they try to find out exactly what happened. Full story on » p. 5
