The entire Maine and New Hampshire Congressional Delegations sent a letter to U.S. Navy Secretary Kenneth Braithwaite, inquiring what steps and protocols are in place to safeguard the health and safety of the Portsmouth Naval Shipyard (PNSY) workforce as it returns to full strength. “We recognize the important work of our shipyard employees in maintaining the readiness of our fast attack submarine fleet, and we appreciate the communication we have received from shipyard leadership,” the delegations wrote. “However, we urge the Navy to continue to strike the right balance between maximizing the productivity of the workforce while minimizing the risk associated with the COVID-19 health emergency, especially for those at highest risk.” The Maine and New Hampshire delegations included a series of questions that address metrics being used by the Navy, social distance practices that will remain in effect, updates on

Call to Artists for Street Barrier Beautification KITTERY The Town of Kittery invites artists and/or designers to project their imagination and creativity onto the concrete barriers in the Foreside, to transform them into public art. In response to the COVID19 pandemic, the Town of Kittery, in partnership with local stakeholders and the business community, reconfigured segments of its roadway and pedestrian infrastructure to accommodate businesses to extend their operations on town sidewalks. To do so, the Town put concrete barriers into the streets to protect pedestrians and patrons on the new sidewalks. Artists and designers interested in contributing to this public art effort are encouraged to complete the newly launched Street Barrier Beautification

Free Resources for Students
ASHLAND, OH While families across the country are still unsure whether their children will be attending class in person, online or a mix of both when the new school year begins, one thing they can count on is this: If their children are studying American history, government or civics they’ll have easy access to the resources they need to do well in their studies. Historical documents, books, study guides and online exhibits all can be found at the website TeachingAmericanHistory.org (TAH.org), a project of the Ashbrook Center, an independent educational center specializing in U.S. history and government located at Ashland
University in Ohio. The curated resources, all of which can be accessed for free, have been used by nearly 30,000 middle and high school teachers providing students with a better understanding of the people and circumstances which molded our country. They also have been widely used by home-schoolers, academic researchers, journalists and history buffs. The material became all the more invaluable when the pandemic forced the school closures. ~ Arts & Entertainment ~ Museum Moves Steampunk Fair Digital KENNEBUNK The Brick Store Museum, celebrating local history, art and culture year-round, will mark the dual bicentennials of the State of Maine and the Town of Kennebunk this year with its Century Saturday Series, supported by the Maine Humanities Council and Kennebunk Savings Bank. The series runs from May through October, and features one century of history per month. On Saturday, August 8, the program will focus on the 19th Century in Maine and dually celebrate the Museum’s
annual Southern Maine Steampunk Fair. The event was planned this year to focus on 19th century history in southern Maine while also studying the Victorian era’s modern expression of “Steampunk,” a niche aesthetic that envisions the future using Victorian design standards. The Museum’s Steampunk Fair, which occurs every August, draws large audiences every year. “If you have wondered about ‘steampunk,’ this is the year to explore it!” Museum director Cynthia Walker said.
“Since we’ve moved the fair to a digital venue, visitors to the site will be able to watch lectures on what ‘steampunk’ is; its aesthetics and applications; and more, all while simultaneously exploring the 19th century in Maine.” Due to COVID-19, the Museum staff have pivoted from what would have been in-person events to creating the world of the Victorian era online. The “19th Century Saturday Portal” and “Newfangled Contraption (Digital) Steampunk
Fair” will both open on August 8 on www.brickstoremuseum. org. The site will feature video speakers discussing both historical and steampunk topics; a virtual costume contest. Visit www.brickstoremuseum.org to
learn details; see pop-up online exhibitions; at-home activities; artist presentations; make-athome recipes; and more. For more information on the event go to www.brickstoremuseum.org.

Health & Fitness Five Ways To Cope And Protect Your Health During Pandemic
The millions of infections and hundreds of thousands of deaths that the COVID-19 pandemic has brought globally are creating stress over everything from personal health to employment, lifestyle, and finances. Given these difficult circumstances, it’s more important than ever for people to know about coping mechanisms to better manage stress, protect their immune system, and increase their chances of staying healthy, says Dr. Nammy Patel, DDS, author of “Age With Style: Your Guide To A Youthful Smile & Healthy Living”. “COVID is maximizing
stress for so many people,” Dr. Patel says. “It has a far-reaching impact into every part of our lives, and if we don’t manage the stress, it severely affects our bodily systems – causing burned-out adrenals, high cortisol, and thyroid issues, to name a few consequences of highstress levels. Thus, the immune system is lowered, and we are more vulnerable to illness. Dr. Patel has the following suggestions people can incorporate into their daily lives to better deal with stress: Adhere to a healthy diet. While in quarantine or a new normal in which people are spending the vast majority of their time at home, having
PPE Donations for COVID-19 Relief KENNEBUNK York County continues to battle COVID-19 as one of the higher community-transmission regions of the state. The need to wear masks to contain transmission is paramount to health and safety. Three local companies have come forward with Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): Portsmouth Naval Shipyard, Corning Inc, and Hyperlite
Mountain Gear. The shipyard recently donated 1,500 PPE for United Way of York County (UWYC) to distribute, and Corning Inc. in Kennebunk donated 2,000 masks to distribute to nursing homes and daycare centers in Sanford and Kennebunk. Hyperlite Gear of Biddeford donated 100 masks sewn at its facility in Biddeford. To learn more visit www. buildcommunity.org.

healthy foods at home and not over-snacking are vital considerations. Dr. Patel says, “Eat as many greens and whole foods as possible. Avoid dairy products as they increase mucus production in the sinus and the chest, leading to lots of sneezing and congestion. Food prep makes it easier to eat healthy while working from home. Prepare salads and other healthy meals in advance.” Don’t over-indulge in drinking. “For some people, drinking is the only source of enjoyment during the pandemic,” Dr. Patel says. “And we see people who are isolating having Zoom calls with friends while drinking wine. The problem is
that one glass turns into two or more, and with the sugar content of wine, you may wake up during the night. This disturbs sleep, and sleep is when the immune system regenerates. Restorative sleep is essential to our health.” Take vitamin supplements. “Often, those with adrenal fatigue don’t take in enough essential nutrients as stress increases their body’s nutritional demands,” Dr. Patel says. “To address adrenal and cortisol burnout, take multivitamins in order to get trace minerals.” Develop a morning ritual. “Deep breathing exercises can be calming and get you out of the hyper state,” Dr. Patel says.
Bowenwork for Fascial Health to Offer Free Virtual Clinics SEACOAST / SOUTHERN ME In August, Bowenwork For Fascial Health will begin to offer free virtual clinics, accessible on their YouTube channel and Facebook Live page, with the first scheduled for August 8 from 10 a.m.-1 p.m. “In these sessions, we will help people take active steps to reinforce, realign and restore their central nervous systems,” said Ainslee Farrington, one of
three private Bowenwork practitioners. “It is so important in this time of unrest and uncertainty to make time for yourself.” Initially developed in the 1950s in Australia, Bowenwork is a dynamic system of connective tissue and muscle therapies that addresses acute and chronic health conditions. Defined as the soft tissue component of the connective tissue permeating the human body, fascia forms “a whole-body

“You want to get rid of the ‘fight or flight’ mode and enter the ‘rest and digest’ state of mind.” Find a stress management activity that works for you. Dr. Patel notes exercise doesn’t have to be rigorous to be effective. “Any exercise at home like walking, running, or yoga goes a long way toward releasing stress hormones,” she says. “Another good stress management technique is using biofeedback mechanisms like alpha state meditations to increase immunity.” The Weekly Sentinel does not endorse any products or services suggested by third-party sources.

continuous 3-dimensional matrix of structural support.” “Bowenwork is like a tuning instrument for healthy fascia,” explained Farrington’s colleague Lisa Toole. “It interpenetrates and surrounds all organs, muscles, bones, and nerve fibers to create a unique environment for the body systems’ functioning.” In piloting virtual clinics this summer, Farrington said their hope is to help educate the general public about Bowenwork. In-person clinics will continue at Friends Forever International, 1 Morgan Way, Durham on Saturday, August 8 and every second Saturday from 10 am to 1 pm. Toole said the takeaway is that Bowenwork works whether one “feels it or not.” “It affects systems at the subconscious and sub-cognitive level,” she said. “Cellular changes begin following the completion of just a few Bowen moves.” Pre-registration is required for the free virtual clinic. NFPA Underscores Electrical Safety in Pools and at Marinas Nationwide As many states begin allowing for more outside activities, the National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) is reminding people about potential electrical hazards that exist in swimming pools, hot tubs, onboard boats and in the waters surrounding boats, marinas, and launch ramps. While most people are unaware of electrical dangers posed in water environments such as electric shock drowning (ESD), each year people are injured or killed from these hazards. Electric shock drowning happens when marina or onboard electrical systems leak electric current into the water. The current then passes through the body and causes paralysis. When this happens, a person can no longer swim and ultimately drowns. “With limited staff at marinas and people obeying social distancing protocols, the onus is on individuals to keep themselves, their loved ones, and the people who might have to rescue them out of harm’s way,” said Lorraine Carli, NFPA’s vice president of Outreach and Advocacy. Here are tips for pool and boat owners, as well as swimmers: Tips for swimmers: Never swim near a marina, dock, or boatyard; While in a pool or hot tub look out for underwater lights that are not working properly, flicker, or work intermittently; If you feel a tingling sensation while in a pool, immediately stop swimming in your current direction. Exit the water as quickly as possible; avoid using metal ladders or rails. Touching metal may increase the risk of shock. Tips for pool owners: If you are putting in a new pool or hot tub, be sure the wiring is performed by an electrician experienced in the special safety requirements for these types of installations; Have a qualified electrician periodically inspect and — where necessary — replace or upgrade the electrical devices or equipment that keep your pool or hot tub electrically safe. Have the electrician show you how to turn off all power in case of an emergency; Make sure any overhead lines maintain the proper distance over a pool and other structures Tips for boat owners: When heading out for a day on the water, follow all existing
navigation and safety rules. Practice good seamanship and avoid becoming a boater in distress. With the current pandemic, there may be fewer staff at the marina and fewer rescue personnel available to come to your aid; Avoid entering the water when launching or loading a boat. These areas can contain stray electrical currents in the water, possibly leading to electric shock drowning or injury from shock, including death; Each year, have the boat’s electrical system inspected by a qualified marine electrician to be sure it meets the required codes of your area and make the necessary repairs if recommended; Have ground fault circuit protection (GFCI and GFPE) installed on circuits supplying the boat. For more information on NFPA resources please visit www.nfpa.org/watersafety.

What on Earth is going on with local Real Estate?
Well, you don’t need to be in the Real Estate business to notice that something crazy is happening in the local real estate market. Homes in York County are flying off the market at breakneck speed with buyers paying at or well above asking prices, forgoing inspections (yikes) and, in some cases appraisals (oh boy), leaving competing buyers and their agents in the dust…..but why? There’s no concrete answer to that question but there are a few factors that have helped create this trend. Most notably is lack of inventory - for over 18 months listings have been decreasing in our area but demand has not. Supply and demand are the main driving forces of any commodity and real estate is certainly not immune. A simple, generalized search on Maine’s multiple listings service, Maine Listings(1), from January 1, 2020 through July 22, 2020 returns statistics showing residential listings in York County have decreased by 29% and prices have increased by over 10% from the same period last year. Compounding this is Covid-19, Coronavirus, “the Rona”, whatever you want to call it, it appears to have created an exodus from the “cities” south of us and driven buyers north to less populated “towns” in search of larger lots, fewer neighbors, greener pastures…..peace of mind. So, what does all this mean, what are the pros and cons of selling right now? Simply put, Pros - If you’re thinking of selling your home, it’s a terrific time to get the most financially out of this market; it will sell, probably pretty darn fast, for top dollar, and no one knows how long this increase in demand will last. Cons - If you’re looking to buy something in this area with the terrific proceeds you just made from your sale, competition is fierce. Have a plan, know your financial limits, work with an agent that’s as fierce a negotiator as the buyers you’ll be competing with and one that’s highly familiar with your market area. Lastly, we’ll be here to help if and when you need us! Morse & Company is a boutique real estate partnership focused on quality rather than quantity. We provide personalized, complete real estate services tailored to each client’s needs based on knowledge, experience and integrity. If you are considering a sale, please give us a call to discuss how our services can be beneficial to You! Full Service Real Estate Listings for as little as 3%.

BUSINESS & FINANCE Revenue Forecasting Committee Projects $139 Million in Additional State Revenue AUGUSTA The Maine Revenue Forecasting Committee recently revised the State’s General Fund revenue forecast upward by $139 million, including a projected additional $40 million for the current Fiscal Year which ended June 30. Governor Janet Mills issued the following statement in response: “The State of Maine continues to be on solid financial footing. Last month, my Administration presented a supplemental budget that invests in bipartisan priorities, including protecting the health and
safety of Maine people, enhancing economic and workforce development, and building up the State’s Budget Stabilization Fund. This new revenue projection strengthens these important investments,” said Governor Mills. “Additionally, with this new projection, I have directed my Administration to consider two goals: 1) targeted, data-driven MaineCare improvements and rate increases that will serve as a bridge to the comprehensive reforms the Department of Health and Human Services is developing, and 2) setting aside money in the Budget Stabilization Fund to protect Medicaid

and the people it serves from the cuts the Trump Administration is pursuing. I expect to submit a budget change package in the coming weeks to accomplish these goals.” “The new forecast provides an opportunity to strengthen our ability to provide Maine people critical services in the face of emerging challenges in financing Medicaid programs,” said Health and Human Services Commissioner Jeanne Lambrew. “This revenue forecast demonstrates the continued strength of Maine’s economy,” said Department of Administrative and Financial Services Commissioner Kirsten Figueroa. “It supports and strengthens the work done for the biennial budget and for the supplemental budget proposal

lins, the co-author of the PPP, had asked Treasury Secretary Steven Mnuchin whether small businesses must wait for the end of the 24-week duration of the loans to seek loan forgiveness. A number of business owners have expressed confusion about when to apply. This new rule clarifies that borrowers can apply for loan forgiveness at any point after they have used all funds. “Some small businesses have already spent their funds, have reopened, and are ready to seek loan forgiveness. I am pleased that the Treasury Department listened to small business owners’ feedback and is giving them the option to apply for loan forgiveness,” said Senator Collins. “This new rule will help prevent small business owners from experiencing uncertainty while waiting for their loans to be processed.” The PPP was signed into law as part of the CARES Act on March 27.

who were dear to him. It was readily apparent during his four-year battle with brain cancer just how dear he was to others in return. Over 300 friends and family flocked to support him at an organized celebration of life fundraiser months earlier and the ongoing support never ceased as his illness progressed. Their home was rarely without friends and family as others visited daily to be with Zach and Candice. Zach was a giver of time, energy and love but he wasn’t as comfortable receiving. He shared, “We aren’t here to be helped - we are here to help others.” With that wisdom and his unending optimism, he was so well known for we see why Zach was loved by so many. While friends often filled his days, it was Candice who filled his heart as only a soulmate can. She brought love and joy to his life as well as peace, care and compassion down the stretch. Instrumental in Zach’s life was his brother Travis. They were as close as brothers could be in spirit and outlook. Travis, friends and family alike remember Zach for his sense of adventure, his love of life and a life of love. Beyond all else they remember the love shared between Zach, Candice and the kids. One friend shared, “It didn’t matter if it was hot or raining out, if Owen wanted to go on the trampoline Zach did it.” Another friend shared, “If I am half the dad that Zach is, I will have done a good job.” Zach is survived by his mother Kathy Jones, father
FUNERAL HOME
Kittery, ME We are often asked by the families we serve, here at JS Pelkey & Son and Bernier Funeral Homes, why certain expressions and traditions exist in the funeral service industry. One of the most often asked questions is “Why send flowers to a memorial service or funeral, aren’t they just a waste of money?” Well nothing could be further from the truth. As my friend Todd Van Beck recently wrote in an article: Flowers are sent to funerals for several reasons. Flowers are a means of expression. It is often difficult for those mourning a death to put feelings into words. Flowers are a visual expression of love, sympathy, and respect. They are a way of lending support and sharing the burden of grief. In addition to sending flowers to the funeral, there is a growing trend to send flowers to the home of the bereaved after the service. Some people also send flowers to the church in memory of the deceased. Flowers create a background of warmth and beauty which adds to the dignity and consolation of the service. Those who have attended services where there were no flowers have noted that something was

bereaved’s feelings in the patterns of community support which are psychologically beneficial. Flowers, however, express the inexpressible – they are symbolic.
missing – that the funeral was depressing. The funeral meets the bereaved’s need for support. Death throws people into despair and depression by separating them from one who has provided love, companionship, and security. The funeral and customs provide the means by which those close to them can give their support and share their suffering. The funeral period provides for the expression of sorrow. Only through talking about the past can the bereaved person realize the extent of the relationship with the deceased, and accept the loss and suffering. Only through weeping and talking to good listeners can they release their grief and feelings of guilt and hostility. Experts in grief therapy believe that it can be expressed best through rites, rituals, and ceremonies. The ceremony deals primarily with intellectual concepts and doesn’t fully engage the

There are three points to be stressed, finally, in connection with the tradition of funeral flowers. First, the role of flowers are both symbolic and aesthetic. They add great value to the richness and meaning of the ritual. Second, flowers represent sympathy extended to the bereaved. Third, flowers are sent to both the living and the dead. They are sent to the living as comfort and as tokens of respect for the deceased. We, at the JS Pelkey & Son and the Bernier Funeral Homes, hold the value of the work our local florists do in very high regard. We always encourage the families we serve to contact a local florist directly. Certainly there are national floral outlets that can be reached with a simple Google search but, honestly, the quality of these products are often substandard. Simply click the “Send Flowers” tab on our website and you will be directed to our list of trusted florists. Please call us about any questions with which we may help.

~ Ask The Computer Lady ~ by 50% (so that the whole photo was visible on my screen). Then I used the “Select” tool to draw a rectangle around the part of the image I wanted to keep. Once the photo was selected, I clicked on the “Crop” tool and the part of the image that was not selected was removed. Use the file menu to save your image, and it will be ready to share with your friends and family. Elizabeth
Dear Computer Lady, I love your newspaper column. I have reached out before to you and you helped me solve a problem. So I’m asking again - How do I scan an old school photo 4”x5” and resize it to post on Facebook? I have tried resizing it in Paint, followed numerous websites on how to do it but I still end up with a very small photo at the top of the 8”x11” page. Can you help and why is it so difficult? Thanks, Dianne
Dear Computer Lady, I recently changed from Internet Explorer to Chrome. I had quite a few “favorites” saved in Explorer. Is there a way to have my settings transferred to Chrome? And is “bookmarks” in Chrome the same thing as “favorites” in Explorer? I appreciate your column. You write for those of us who have trouble understanding computer lingo! Thank you, Linda
Dear Dianne, Thank you for sending the photo along with your question, it allowed me to instantly see what the problem, and the fix is to your question. When you scanned your photo, you scanned not only the photo, but also all the white space on the scanner bed. This makes your small photo part of a larger image that includes all that white space. There are two ways that you can fix this. The first is to use the scanning software to select only the image when you scan. Some scanners make this easy, others don’t offer as much customization. The second way to fix this is to crop the image and remove the white space in an image editing program. To do this in Paint, I first had to resize the picture
Dear Linda, You are correct, Bookmarks in Chrome is the same thing as “Favorites” in Internet Explorer. Fortunately, Chrome makes it easy to import your favorites. Just follow these directions: 1 Open Google Chrome. 2. Click on the “Menu” icon in the upper-right of the window (looks like three small dots) 3. Point to “Bookmarks” in the menu, then
click on “Import bookmark and settings” in the sub-menu. 4. In the “From” section, select “Microsoft Internet Explorer” and check off the items that you want to import. 5. Click the, “Import” button to start the process. Elizabeth Dear Computer Lady, Two of my emails have been hacked. Besides changing my passwords, is there any thing else I need to do? Thank you for all of your help. Jan Dear Jan, I’m assuming that by hacked you mean that someone gained access to your email account and either changed your password, tried to scam people on your contacts list or sent out email messages using your account. If that is the case, then changing your password is the right fix. In addition to changing the password, please make sure
it is a secure password. Since two of your email accounts have been hacked, this might be someone who knows you, or knows about you. Don’t use the names of your pets or family members in your password. Don’t use dates of birthdays or anniversaries either. Don’t use the same password for different email accounts. Elizabeth Dear Computer Lady, I was playing a game on my iPhone the other day and accidentally bought a five dollar item in the game. Is there any way to undo the purchase? Thanks, Neala Dear Neala, Actually, Apple is pretty good about reversing the charges. Just wait for the receipt for the charge in your email. In the email message, click the link that says, “Report a problem” right under the item name. You will be taken to a list of recent purchases. Click the “Report a Problem” button next to your mistaken purchase, select the best description in the drop down list, then type a more detailed description where it says “Describe this problem”. Click on the “Submit” button and in most cases your money will be refunded. Elizabeth
Voters Approve $15 Million Investment for Better Internet ROCKLAND Maine voters overwhelmingly approved Question 1 on the statewide ballot, authorizing a $15 million bond investment to increase access to high speed internet in underserved and unserved areas of the state. “Voters were clear. They understand that access to high speed internet is a necessity and that no community in Maine should be left behind,” said Nick Battista, co-chair of the Yes on 1 for Better Internet campaign. “Question 1 will help our economy to recover from economic hardships caused by COVID-19, strengthen Maine’s rural economy and help families to connect to their jobs, schools and loved ones. I want to thank all of our partners who supported this campaign, and the voters who made the decision to invest in better internet.” The $15 million investment will be matched by an additional $30 million in private, local and federal funding for a total investment of $45 million.

Mama Miso might move downstairs to further develop her confidence and learn more about life among humans, feeling safe and loved, moving on to adoption when ready. KENNEBUNK Meet Nita, a very sweet young girl who is looking for a human with a very special heart. Why? Because Nita has a very special heart. She has a condition called Subaortic Stenosis (SAS). It’s a congenital heart defect where a valve is narrowed and her heart has to push harder to work blood through. This leads to thickening of the valve and stress on the heart. The dog develops congestive heart failure, which can be fatal. Dogs with SAS usually live 2-4 years. Nita is on heart medication. Exercise restrictions are suggested to further reduce strain. How long in the business of real estate & what led you to this career? I am coming up on my 9th year of real estate. I was recruited from a friend who said I would be great at it. I’m so happy he did because I love it. What energizes you in real estate? I know it sounds corny but the best part is when you see the joy come over someone’s face that has been dreaming of this purchase, finally achieving that dream, and knowing you are part of that happiness for them. What advice would you give to your teenage self? It’s ok to be who you are and to be happy. Your family will still love you and the amazing times and friends (that become family) you have ahead of you make it all worth it. So, relax and appreciate the moment you are in now. Everything is going to be ok. One behavior or trait that you think most attributes to your success in real estate? The ability to adapt and change with a positive attitude. What’s one thing most people don’t know about you and what’s a hidden talent? The one thing I’ve noticed from getting older is that I am addicted to trying new things. I suppose my hidden talent most people don’t know is one that I don’t even know I have yet either. Knowing that makes the future exciting for me. Best advice you were ever given? My college professor once held out her hands palms up in front of our class. They were level in front of her and she said, “Here is your baseline for how you feel when you feel good.” She then raised her left hand and said, “Anyone who makes you feel here, keep them in your life. Model yourself after the traits you like about them.” Then she lowered her right hand and said, “Anyone who makes you feel here, remove from your life. If you can’t remove them, minimize contact as much as possible. Try and recognize if you are modeling yourself after the traits you don’t like about these people.” It has made all the difference. 3 words friends use to describe you? I won’t write what my close friends say in private as we tend to be a sarcastic bunch but if we were in public I would say they would describe me as funny, honest and caring.
How long in the business of real estate & what led you to this career? I owned my own full service real estate company for 18 years on the island of St. Maarten in the Caribbean. Originally from Holland, I began my first job as an agent for a small real estate company there, after a 6-month internship in hospitality. It was a very successful experience, so I started my own company!
Melanie Graham | 978-457-1247 | Mel@yorkmaine.com How long in the business of real estate & what led you to this career? I have been in the real estate business for almost 18 years. What led me to a career in real estate was the challenge and excitement of running my own business. I’ve always had an entrepreneurial spirit. What energizes you in real estate? Finding the perfect home for my clients and guiding them through every step of the process. What advice would you give to your teenage self? Don’t be in a rush to grow up, slow down and enjoy time with family. Volunteer more. One behavior or trait that you think most attributes to your success in real estate? Trustworthiness. It means a lot to me to have my client’s trust. What’s one thing most people don’t know about you and what’s a hidden talent? I am a massive vault of music trivia knowledge. Best advice you were ever given? Always remember the keys to happiness: Have something to love, something to do, and something to look forward to. 3 words friends use to describe you? Considerate, tenacious, kind.
What energizes you in real estate? The ability to fulfill clients’ dreams in selling their property. Working with a client’s listing from start to finish, ensuring a smooth, timely, and profitable outcome. The same energy applies to finding families their “dream home”. What advice would you give to your teenage self? Always follow your passion. Be strong through failures as they will only make you stronger. Never give up, and always apply love! One behavior or trait that you think most attributes to your success in real estate? My consistency and drive to accommodate and service my clients from our initial meeting until their dream is met! What’s one thing most people don’t know about you and what’s a hidden talent? My experiences I have had and the countries I where have lived.
