Fun & Spooky Halloween Happenings “Tales of Fear & Suspense” YORK COUNTY As with all things these days, Halloween is also subject to ongoing COVID-19 protocols and restrictions. Some local communities like Kittery, Wells and Eliot are allowing traditional door-to-door trick or treating while others like York and Ogunquit are not. Some towns like Berwick and South Berwick are leaving it up to individuals but are not sponsoring any trick or treating events this year. Thankfully, there is a wide variety of fun, family-friendly Halloween activities and events taking place throughout York County for both kids and adults to enjoy:

At the Norton Lights, 213 Canterbury Road in Wells. See an amazing display of outdoor Halloween lights from the comfort of your own car. STATEWIDE A nationwide general election is scheduled to take place on November 3. In addition to deciding on who to vote for to be president, voters are also faced with decisions on how to vote in Maine this year, including ranked choice voting. Who Can Vote? People over 18 who have a fixed principal residence in Maine can vote in state elections and must register to vote in the community they live in. Maine has no deadline for registering in person at local town offices or
