What is globalization? There are an infinite number of definitions for the fairly new term called globalization. Globalization is defined as the process by which more and more people begin to experience the world as a single place. The world is simply too big to experience it all at one time directly. Our senses inhibit us to do so. We must experience the world indirectly. This is done through metaphors, similes, graphs, maps, analogies, and paradigms.
