direction 1. At the first attempt of creating a new logo, we go through the keyword: educational, medical, and lifestyle. When developing a logo, we followed the "Acorns and Tree" principle to narrow down the range, try to find out a direction of rebranding.

direction 2. At the second attempt we tried to think more about the lifestyle aspects, and we are doing better than attempt 1 because we narrowed down couple directions to remain the soul of HIGH TIMES in the logo sketches.

direction 3. At the third attempt, which we have to settle down the final logo, we seemed to figure out the new direction of the logo. With the help from class and the instructor, we've first got the idea to make the logo look and feel like a TV channel sign. And we also explore the chamical graphics, numbers, and clock to symbolize and incorporate with the logo.

We tried to make the logo simple and feels like a TV channel in the first computer comping.

We used red color to symbolize the logo as a charity, and explored different patterns to match with the letter H.

We are very close to our goals in the third comping. Simple, healthy, clinic care are the most important key words.

Logo inspiration Before we tried to create the new logo for HIGH TIMES, we had looked for some inspiration from existing brand logos. As we mentioned before, we tried to contain a feeling of TV channel for the new logo. We eventually got inspiration from the Green Cross logo, so the new HIGH TIMES logo has been done.
