BIOGRAPHY WEI-HSIANG LIN, I was born in 1990 in Taipei, Taiwan. At school time, I have learned different majors like metalworking, woodworking, glass working, media design during high school and university although it was basic work and knowledge, it gives me the other aspect of thinking and views to treat future works and the attitude “Let’s give it a try” in the project. Overall, we were absorbed a lot and also thrived. In 2013, I was honoured to work as a visual merchandiser at IKEA. The job had to arrange details about the visual display, like style, background, colour, material, lighting, etc. Especially take the control of a speciality shop, from a solid display to the customer f low, layout. That every single of changes could cause different results. Most of the time have to work with other teams, after discussion and cooperation, making a decision and implementing to create the best way for the whole store. It will not only be just about the solo, but it is also always about “teamwork”
