Paul Allen, James Conway & The Ghosts Of Normandy by Mike Moffett Contributing Writer

Countless visitors write about the northern coast of France, where the June 6, 1944, Normandy D-Day invasion took place. So, during a recent tour of this historic region, I pondered as to what unique words one might put together to document a pilgrimage there. There was much to see, from the incredibly beautiful island enclave Mont St. Michel to the imposing cathedral in Bayeux. But our group focused on visiting the historic landing zones where so many thousands of Americans

died 78 years ago. Beth and I opted to participate in the expedition after a call from Clemson University history professor Rod Andrew, who was organizing a battlefield tour. I’d earlier served in the Marines with Dr. Andrew, a retired USMC colonel, and I knew Rod would ensure a memorable experience. Beth and I departed Boston’s Logan Airport for Paris via Air France on June 6. D-Day. A couple days in Paris allowed for visits to the Eiffel Tower, Arch de Triomphe, Pantheon, Notre See NORMANDY on 26

School Shooting Solutions To The Editor: I’m tired of millions of lawabiding citizens with no relationship to school shooters or responsibility for protecting schools being blamed rather than the shooters themselves and those people with the authority, ability, and responsibility to stop these criminals. Almost all school shooters have long records of mental illness, violence, and threats that are known to parents, public officials, school officials, mental health professionals, and law enforcement. Why don’t they do their jobs to protect society? If our thousands of laws don’t provide the authority to keep known dangerous people from legally getting guns, why haven’t politicians provided it? It seems politicians won’t do anything to protect children unless the solution advances their political objective of disarming law-abiding Americans. After decades of horrible examples, every parent, teacher, health professional, and public official should recognize their responsibly and authority to help troubled children and protect others from them. Politicians’ workplaces are protected, why not our schools? Why haven’t the lessons from previous school shootings (e.g., Sandy Hook and Parkland been implemented everywhere? Don’t officials care? Why isn’t the excess Covid money spent on protecting schools? As President Obama indicated,

fatherlessness causes of many of our children’s problems. Our laws must stop encouraging fatherless families and encourage fathers to be positive role models for their children. Taking guns from millions of law-abiding citizens won’t stop school shootings or other crimes, especially when violent criminals aren’t prosecuted, given light sentences, or released early to resume preying on innocent people. The solution to school shootings is to deal seriously with troubled and/or violent people, keep fathers with their children, and protect our schools. Don Ewing Meredith, NH.

Counter Key Strategy To The Editor: Henry Kissinger back in 1993 when the forerunner of the USMCA , NAFTA was being considered by Congress, he called it revolutionary, going on to say that: “it is not a conventional trade agreement but the hopeful architecture of a new international system.” In 2002 a like minded agent of this change to make national borders obsolete on the North American Continent, former Mexican President Vicente Fox advocated: “Eventually our long-range objective is to establish with the United States, but also with Canada, our other regional partner, an ensemble of connections and institutions similar to those created by the European Union.” Today, Lopez Obrador’s moves

to expand the USMCA power must be stopped. It is tragic that the kind of building blocks Kissinger and his globalist partners needed to create the “architecture” for his international system have already been given to them in the USMCA by our government to create a North American Union (NAU). It is urgent now to counter this key strategy of globalist leaders over the past several decades. Sold with a deceptive label as “free trade,” regional integration through the United States Mexico Canada Agreement (USMCAI is now moving toward a (NAU). Created and modeled after the European Union (EU) for our hemisphere, it is rapidly moving toward ending American sovereignty. Toward this end, Mexican President Andres Manual Lopez Obrador plans to visit President Biden at the White House in July to expand the power of the USMCA. It is alarming that all the USMCA mandates below were all accepted by our leaders as being superior to American constitutional domestic law: 1. Union members will be concerned that It undermines collective bargaining state right-to-work law; 2. It automatically mandates protections for “gender-identity” and other gender related issues in the workplace; 3. Promotes UN Agenda 21 & Agenda 30 environmental entanglements; 4. U.S. laws are subordinated to Global governance organizations and conventions, such as the International Labor Organization, the World Trade Organization See MAILBOAT on 33

*A FLATLANDER’S OBSERVATIONS ON LIFE

One For The Old Guys Brendan is off this week. This article is from his new book “I Really Only Did It For The Socks” There has been a lot of controversy by Brendan Smith over the last Weirs Times Editor few years about bathrooms and who can use which ones. I am not writing this column to criticize or praise any of the groups that are involved in this controversial issue, but I am here to make the case for my own group and our needs which are being totally ignored in all of this brouhaha. Of course, I am talking about all of us men who are over sixty. I realize that in the twenty-first century, sixty is no longer considered “old” and I agree. Many of our forefathers were lucky to make it out of their forties and fifties alive. Great progress in medicine and sanitation has helped modern men live happy and healthy lives well into their later decades. (In fact, the creation of the salad bar sneeze guard has been proven to have added at last three years onto the human lifespan.) Still, there is the inevitability of certain things that, though they may not slow us down that much, are still an unavoidable part of male aging and need to be addressed at a more social level. So, I am issuing a clarion call for more age specific bathrooms; especially for older men. When we older guys were younger, we never realized how good we had it when it came to answer the call of nature. It could be easily accomplished anywhere from a grimy bathroom at a highway rest stop to a plush experience at The Plaza Hotel. It might be the less than appealing Porta Potties at an outdoor concert, the horse trough urinals at Fenway Park or even a beautiful oak tree

by the side of the road. We didn’t care, or even think twice. It was always a quick in and out and we were back at work doing the foolish things that young men do. It wasn’t until we grew much older in not only age, but mind and spirit, that we began to grow in different body parts as well. Before we knew it, we were in our fifties, sixties and seventies and certain things were beginning to slow down. Sometimes to a trickle. We were now spending more time thinking about how good we had it but never realized it. We were now taking the time to stop and think about our lives and where we were going or didn’t go. After all, we now found ourselves with plenty of time to stand around and ponder. We were no longer in a rush to get back to the foolish things of young men and, even if we were, some things were holding us back. The grimy rest areas, the Porta Potties, the troughs at Fenway and the beautiful oak trees were still there at our beck and call, but we were now beginning to avoid them and searching out more of those like The Plaza Hotels. Still, the call of nature waits for no man and so us older guys are often forced to meet it head on with anything that is available, often sharing our time with those much younger men who have yet to accept and understand our strange ways. “Hey Pops, you gonna take all day?” is often the taunt us older and wiser men must endure from those younger and so selfassured who wait behind us in crowded rest rooms. We certainly don’t need to take this ridicule lightly. We have paid our dues to society over the years, contributed as best we could to make the world a better place. We have toiled and struggled to bring home a paycheck and contribute to the system. Therefore, we should be allowed the decency to be treated with at

least a modicum of respect when we are attempting to perform the unavoidable. That is why I am calling for a movement to have all public places provide age specific bathrooms so as to provide us older gentlemen with the dignity and respect we have earned. I’m sure many in the Congress and Senate will be on our side. Many of them have been there long enough to have reached this stage in life themselves and many of the women representatives are married to those who may have suffered such indignities. (Maybe that is why there has been so much animosity between those elder statesmen and their younger colleagues. I hear the rest rooms in the Capitol building are magnificent, but what good are they if you are being rushed?) As with any change this dramatic, there will be controversy; legal arguments that will be called into question. Just exactly who has the right to use bathrooms designated not just for those older, but also of a specific gender? Can a young man of twentyone wake up one morning after indulging, put his head to his throbbing head and proclaim: “Man, I feel like I am sixty years old” and then have the right to use a bathroom designated for those sixty and older only because of how he feels at that moment? I know this is a sensitive subject and many would be afraid to write about this, but someone needs to take a stand and I am happy to be that person. So, older guys, won’t you join with me? It doesn’t matter what your political leaning, this is a subject we all can relate to. It is time we went and fought for what we deserve. The time is right for a revolution. We will take it to the streets if necessary, as long as we are home by 8pm. No if you will excuse me, nature calls again.

What Really Happened Joe Biden’s Economy Is A Disaster To Justin Bieber? Everyone with a phone or computer has seen the mega-viral videos and photos of 28-year-old pop star Justin Bieber. “As you can see, this eye is not blinking,” he told his whopping 241 million Instagram followers last weekend. Bieber’s handsome face is drooping and lopsided; he “can’t smile,” his “nostril will not move,” and “there’s full paralysis” on the left side by Michelle Malkin of his face. Syndicated Columnist The entertainer’s doctors diagnosed him with Ramsay Hunt Syndrome, a “rare neurological disorder” marked by facial palsy that is “caused by the varicella zoster virus” (which causes chickenpox in children and shingles in adults), according to the National Organization for Rare Disorders. Media outlets around the world rushed to assure Beliebers (the celebrity’s massive global fan base) that the somber singer’s condition could not possibly have anything to do at all with experimental COVID-19 jabs. EuroNews, which reaches an audience of 440 million homes in 160 countries, flatly declared there was “no link to COVID vaccination” associated with Bieber’s facial paralysis. Dr. Anthony Youn, who bills himself as “America’s holistic plastic surgeon,” asserted to his nearly 4 million viewers on YouTube that it was “unreasonable” to raise concerns about COVID-19 jabs and Bieber’s plight, in large part because the federal Vaccine Adverse Event Reporting System (VAERS) (where he says he found 62 cases of COVID-19 vaccinelinked RHS) is “unconfirmed and unvetted.” He dismissed those cases despite the fact that medical professionals have regarded the government-run VAERS database as a critical early warning system since 1990 and have credited its passive surveillance monitoring with “improving the quality of reported data and contributing significantly to safeguarding public health.” As a research team noted in the peer-reviewed journal Pediatric Annals, “the investigation that resulted in the voluntary withdrawal of rotavirus vaccine was triggered by nine reports to VAERS of intussuception, eight of which had occurred within 1 week of the first dose of this vaccine.” (Takeaway: An internet doctor who does boob jobs for a living is no more qualified than you or me to analyze The Science, no matter how many degrees he lists after his name or how many views his videos rack up.) The medical experts at Rolling Stone sneered at “antivaxxers” for “flipping out over See MALKIN on 34

This week, the stock market took a turn into bear territory on the heels of yet another brutal monthly inflation report. With the Federal Reserve considering larger rate hikes in order to tamp down by Ben Shapiro record inflation, the Syndicated Columnist possibility of a nearterm recession now looms quite large, despite the feeble protestations of Treasury Secretary Janet Yellen. As former Clinton Treasury Secretary Larry Summers -- the man who predicted President Joe Biden’s inflation -- stated, “I think when inflation is as high as it is right now, and unemployment is as low as it is right now, it’s almost always been followed, within two years, by recession.” All of this was perfectly predictable. Firehosing money into an already-hot economy was a recipe for inflation -- and yet that was precisely the policy pursued by the Federal Reserve and the Biden White House. According to The Wall Street Journal, the Biden White House and the Fed thought that the post-COVID-19 period would follow the 2007-2009 pattern: “weak demand, slow growth, long periods of high unemployment and toolow inflation.” This was incontestably preposterous. The 2020 economic crash was not the result of systemic flaws in the economy like the 2007-2009 subprime mortgage crisis; it was the result instead of an artificially induced economic coma, supported by an unprecedented infusion of government cash, preceded by a historic economic boom. This meant that when vaccines became available, when Americans headed back to work, when children went back to school, we should have been poised for an explosion in demand. To instead predict weak demand, and to build an extraordinary framework of continuing fiscal and economic stimulus on that basis, was an act of either total insanity, epic stupidity

or purposeful malice. Perhaps it was a combination of all three. As the Journal observed, “many Democrats saw their control of the White House and Congress as a rare opportunity to shift Washington’s priorities away from tax cuts favored by Republicans and toward expensive new social programs.” Or, as Biden himself put it this week, “I don’t want to hear any more of these lies about reckless spending. We’re changing people’s lives!” They sure are. It turns out that “experts” in the back room constructing a supposedly better world rarely consider the possibility of unpredicted side effects. They are so busy building glass castles in their minds that they neglect the realities of human behavior. The result is generally that those the “experts” seek most to help are actually those harmed the most. But the Biden White House refuses to change course. Instead, they insist that the American people are too foolish to understand just how good they have it; that the answer is more government spending; that the Federal Reserve, whose loose monetary policy prompted the current price spiral, will magically draw the proper balance between rising interest rates and low unemployment. The real answer to America’s current economic woes is simple, and the same as it ever was: Leave Americans alone. Stop pumping money. Stop subsidizing boondoggle projects directed at bolstering political allies. And stop pretending that our supposed intellectual superiors have the ability to predict, control and boost an economy comprised of 330 million citizens, all of whom are better qualified to make decisions for themselves than an incompetent and incoherent president and his unjustifiably arrogant lackeys. Ben Shapiro, 38, is a graduate of UCLA and Harvard Law School, host of “The Ben Shapiro Show,” and Editor-in-Chief of DailyWire.com.

The Cost Of Rent Control Rents have reached record highs. But have no fear, renters! In the Minnesota cities of St. Paul and Minneapolis, progressives by John Stossel people to vote Syndicated Columnist for rent control. That’ll punish those greedy landlords!Except, profits are what persuade builders to build things. When profits are high, other builders build. That’s what creates more housing and, eventually, (SET ITAL) lower(END ITAL) rents.

Put limits on prices -- and those greedy landlords find other places to build. Whenever rent control is imposed, the supply of rental housing declines. Lots of studies show that. But the activists don’t want to hear it. “We don’t need more studies! We don’t need to collect more data! We need action now!” says Claire Bergren of Home to Stay, Minneapolis, in my new video. St. Paul’s rent control is uniquely strict. Most cities exempt new construction; not St. Paul. They imposed it on futureb apartments. “This is such a step backwards,”

says Salim Furth, economist at the Mercatus Center. “The market is going to shrink, and quality is going to fall. After all, if you are a builder, “Why would you enter a market where it seems like the government is actively trying to hurt you?” asks Furth. St. Paul developers can simply move just a few blocks over to twin city Minneapolis. Minneapolis also voted to allow rent control. But they haven’t yet imposed it. That’s a reason builders still build in Minneapolis. Building permits rose 65% there last winter, while in St. Paul, they fell 61%. St. Paul mayor Melvin Carter, who

voted for rent control, has suddenly had second thoughts. Now he’s realized, “Turning off our supply of new housing would be disastrous.” Have the other progressive politicians learned from St. Paul’s mistake? No. They live in a fairy world. They never learn. “I want us to follow (St. Paul’s) lead,” says Minneapolis City Council Member Aisha Chughtai, the rare rent control supporter who would talk to me. She claimed that rent control won’t dry up the supply of housing. “In other cities, we have continued to see development,” Chughtai says. See STOSSEL on 35

China’s New Red Line Threatens Taiwan’s Space UNITED NATIONS Is China drawing yet another provocative red line, this time in the narrow but strategic Taiwan Strait? The Beiby John J. Metzler jing regime reSyndicated Columnist c e n t l y c l a i m e d that the Taiwan Strait, the defensive body of water buffering the island democracy from Mainland China, is actually sovereign Chinese territory! Recently the People’s Republic of China’s Foreign Ministry stated the country, “has sovereignty, sovereign rights and jurisdiction over the Taiwan Strait,” asserting it’s “a false claim when certain countries call the Taiwan Strait ‘international

waters.’” The U.S. State Department immediately retorted, “The Taiwan Strait is an international waterway,” where “high-seas freedom, including freedom of navigation and overflight, are guaranteed under International law.” U.S. Navy ships regularly transit the channel 110-mile channel to underscore the right of freedom of navigation. Taiwan’s Premier Su Tseng-chang stated clearly that the Strait was by “no means China’s inland sea.” Speaking separately Taiwan’s Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Joanne Ou reiterated that the Taipei government considers the Taiwan Strait to be international waters, except for the 12-nauticalmile strip defined as territorial waters. Quoted in the authoritative

Taipei Times, she accused Beijing of “distorting international law” in ignoring Taipei’s 12-nautical-mile sovereignty claim in the Taiwan Strait. By downgrading the Strait to its own exclusive economic zone (EEZ), she said that China “revealed its ambition to annex Taiwan.” Beijing claims that the Taiwan Strait falls within China’s territorial waters and EEZ as defined by the UN Convention on the Law of the Sea (UNCLOS) and domestic law. “China enjoys sovereign rights and jurisdiction over the Taiwan Strait,” asserted the PRC’s Foreign Ministry. Under the Law of the Sea treaty, states can claim waters within 12 miles of their coastline as under their full sovereignty; they can equally claim waters within

200 nautical miles off their coastline as an exclusive economic Zone. Given that most of the Taiwan Strait is less than 200 nautical miles wide, there’s thus overlapping EEZ claims by both Mainland China and Taiwan. The waterway is 80 miles at its narrowest. Not letting the facts or geography get in the way of reality, Beijing is following the Putin playbook solemnly declaring selective “historical facts” and “legal precedents” based on geographic proximity as providing a legal framework for its control. From this stems China’s classic communist policy to harass and intimidate Taiwan’s 23 million Citizens; yet the tactic may trigger the exact opposite effect as ethnic Chinese on See METZLER on 35

`It was the month of June in the year 1923 and my greatuncle Roger Gage was “motoring” through Nashua, New Hampshire with his family and stopped to visit with my Grandfather, Charles C. Gage, who lived and worked in that city. In the course of their conversation my grandfather asked his brother if he would go on a fishing trip with him to Maine before the month was over. Uncle Roger was reluctant to agree to go on the trip but his wife and my grandfather, after a time of discussion, persuaded him to go. The brothers made reservations at the Leon Potter’s camps, the Antlers, at Jo Mary Lake near Norcross, Maine. You might feel like asking why they didn’t choose a spot in their home state of New Hampshire, like Lake Winnipesaukee or one of the three Connecticut Lakes in Pittsburg instead of a place in Maine. That question

Trout from Henderson Pond. I don’t have the answer to, just as I can’t explain to you why my former New Hampshire neighbor went to Pennsylvania to hunt deer and my friend from Pennsylvania came to Vermont when I lived there to hunt deer. I guess part of it is just the desire to go somewhere you haven’t been before. Uncle Roger said that he had always looked forward to a Maine fishing trip. Gage family members, including my grandfather, my Mother’s father, were employees of the Boston and Maine Railroad, so it made sense that the brothers would travel to Maine by train. Grandpa Gage was a ticket agent in Nashua. The trip was from June 22nd

to 29th, and they left from Boston at 7 p.m and arrived at Norcross at around 5:30 in the morning. Their was a hotel near the railroad station where they had breakfast and waited for a boat to arrive at 10:00 a.m. To take them to the first stop of their fishing destination. Uncle Roger had expected to find Norcross to be a nice village of 1,000 or more inhabitants, but when he arrived there all he could see was the railroad station and the hotel. He was told that there were about a dozen homes there, but in his words, “...as my glasses were fitted to my eyes in Massachusetts I could not see houses in Maine or, in

Norcross, Maine at any rate.” He never located them. There are three Jo See SMITH on 28

This series of Letters From God is an attempt to put the thoughts of God as revealed in the Scriptures as they relate to individuals and the nation of the USA.

in my book, the Bible, a statement that succinctly characterized my character and my unchanging goodness. In the book of James in the New Testament, I had written, “When tempted, no one should say, God is tempting me.” God cannot be tempted by evil nor does he tempt anyone; but each one is tempted went by his own evil desire he is dragged away and enticed. Then after desire has conceived it gives birth to sin; and sin, when it is full grown, gives birth to death (James 1:13-14). This passage not only reinforces the fact that I am without sin and that I hate sin, not the sinner, but it also reinforces the fact that the problem of hatred and evil lies within the human heart. Many have been tempted by their desires, to do things which I have expressly commanded you not to do, and as a result it has led to behavior that is not only disobedient but also has both natural and supernatural consequences leading to death. I have never wavered from my created design and law that sexual love is to be expressed only in a committed relationship between a man and a woman made in my presence for their lifetime. With respect to your question of hating the LGBTQ+ people, I not only don’t hate them, but I love them so much that first of all I am willing to speak the truth to them and seek to correct their lives. More importantly, I sent my Son, Jesus the Messiah, who was without sin, to walk on the earth that

he created, to live among you and demonstrate his and my perfect holiness and then to allow evil humanity to put him to death. That’s how bad humanity can become. Out of jealousy, greed, envy and hatred you killed your Creator. What they did was not only a revelation of the desperate condition of the human heart, but it was also a revelation of my love for all humanity by allowing my Son to die as a substitute for the sins of the world (Romans 5:8). His death was planned, to be the means by which your sins, acts of disobedience and evil, would be forgiven so that you could be restored to me and to him and to my Spirit so that you could enjoy eternal life. There is nothing in me nor my Son nor the Spirit that is evil, the least of which would be hating the LGBTQ+ plus people. Your question howev-

Letters From God

QUESTION: God, I Thought You Were Holy. Why Do You Hate The LGBTQ+ People? I have been expecting this question since we began discussing the social issues your nation and the world is facing in these days. I am glad that you asked because we really need to look at this question and come to terms with who the real hater is. Let me begin by reminding you that when I, God, created the earth and everything in it and then placed the man and the woman on that earth, every aspect of that creation was good (Genesis 1). It was good because I am good. I have never done anything that could even be considered as evil. It isn’t even in my nature to do anything that is evil. May I also remind you that I do not change (James 1:17). You however, throughout history have been marked by radical changes, sometimes for the good and many times for the bad. Sometimes the evil that came forth from your hearts, manifested in your behavior, was so wicked that, like a faithful & loving Doctor treating gangrene, I needed to exercise severe judgment to prevent all of humanity from sinking into the depths of sin. But I have never changed! Let me also remind you that I had included

er assumes that by my criticism of their behavior in previous letters I am a hater by virtue of that criticism. Let me take you back to the creation of mankind and to the fact that as Creator I created both man and woman to live in a perfect, sinless, pain free environment. This environment was possible because they were in a relationship with me and that was because they had no sin even as I have no sin. I expressly commanded them however, to never choose to disobey my laws and my will. For two reasons, first every law I commanded was to prevent them from behavior that I knew would ultimately hurt them. Just as any good government laws or parental laws or rules are established to protect life, so were my laws. Those laws and rules were designed to keep you from behavior See LETTERS on 35

Rail Bike Adventures Opens New Season For the past 35 years, the Hobo & Winnipesaukee Scenic Railroad has offered scenic train rides “along New Hampshire’s lakes and through the White Mountains”. However, we’re excited to welcome you to our 3-season attraction in New Hampshire’s Lakes Region – exploring the rails with Rail Bike Adventures! This is the second year this popular attraction will be open. The beauty and history of New Hampshire’s beautiful Lakes Region as family or friends pedal stateof-the-art rail bikes along a rail line that dates back to 1848. The 5-mile round-trip rail bike adventure begins and ends at the historic Laconia Rail-

road Station in Veterans Square which opened in 1892 and operated until in the late 1960’s. The route takes you past the site of the former Laconia Car Company which built rail cars from 1844 to 1928, then over a trestle bridge crossing the Winnipesaukee River and Durkee Brook before reaching the shore of Lake Winnisquam – New Hampshire’s 4th largest lake. The terrain you’ll cover is primarily flat and the excursion is both relaxing & enjoyable for most everyone. “This was a very popular family activity last year and we know this open air activity will once again be a hit with locals and tourists,” said Ben Clark, Railroad Vice President. “This specially designed and enhanced rail bikes provide an en-

joyable and unique experience for those who try this very different way of experiencing the Lake’s Region.” The 2022 OPERATING SCHEDULE for the rail bike tours, which only take place on weekends in spring, are June 17, 18 and 19, departing from the Laconia Station at: 10am, 12pm, 2pm. Beginning in the summer (June 24 to September 6), the rail bike tours will be open every Tuesday to Sunday at 10am, 12pm & 2pm. On Saturdays only, there is also a 4PM tour. The fall operating days will include September: 9, 10 & 11; 16, 17 & 18; 23, 24 & 25; 30 and October: 1 & 2; 7, 8, 9 &10; 14, 15 & 16; 21, 22 & 23 and 28, 29. Times for tours will

be announced toward the end of summer. Safety is paramount and all of the tours have trained guides at the front and rear of each group, as well as a flagger at all road crossings. Riders are spread out during the tours, usually with a couple hundred feet between each rail bike, which allows riders to enjoy the experience and the views at their own pace. The front and rear guides will assist where needed to help ensure everyone has an enjoyable experience. Rail Bike Adventures are located at the Laconia Railroad Station, 15 Veterans Square, Laconia, NH 03246, Phone: (603) 348-1131. For further information visit: www.hoborr.com

Sports Miscreants by Mike Moffett Contributing Writer

Many Novembers ago I went to the National Guard Armory in Lancaster, passed my driving test, and got a license—a happy rite of passage! The next day during lunch break at Groveton High School, I went home and asked my dad for the car keys to get something at the store. GHS then lacked a cafeteria so students went home for lunch or walked to the elementary school cafeteria. But students who drove to school weren’t supposed to use their cars at lunchtime. As we lived right next to GHS I didn’t drive to school. I figured the rule didn’t apply to me. I drove by the high school and around the village. Smiling and waving. Showing off. Of course. When everyone returned to GHS for afternoon classes the intercom soon blared. “Michael Moffett. Report to the principal’s office. IMMEDIATELY!” Uh-oh. First-year Principal Warren Bouchard took no prisoners. He read me the riot act. I explained that I didn’t think the rule applied to me. “Well, you thought wrong, young man. Report for detention tomorrow.” That created a big

Johnny Manziel. problem for me. Our GHS basketball team had a scrimmage at Alton the next day. I explained my predicament to first-year boys varsity coach Fred Bailey, who naturally wanted me to play in the scrimmage. We both went to see Mr. Bouchard and asked if my detention could be postponed a day. “Absolutely NOT,” thundered Mr. Bouchard. “We don’t give special breaks to athletes.” Mr. Bailey glared at me. “I have an idea,” said I. The principal and the basketball coach gave me dirty looks. “How about if I play in the scrimmage and then do TWO detentions?” I queried. “That will show that athletes don’t get special treatment and it will serve as an even sterner example that we need to follow the rules!” Mr. Bouchard wasn’t buying it. “What do you think

this is here, the Let’s Make a Deal show?” But Coach Bailey weighed in. “Michael may be on to something here.” (He wanted me to go to Alton!) The principal hesitated and then blessed my idea. I would play in the Thursday scrimmage and then serve detention on Friday and Monday. But this created a new problem. We also had a scrimmage on Monday. “I’ll do two more extra detentions if I can play in Monday’s scrimmage,” I offered. This meant I would serve detention on Thursday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday. Four detentions instead of one, for an infraction that probably wouldn’t hold up in court. But I did the four detentions. And I played in the two scrimmages. (An aside: We’d lose our season opener to Newfound, 60-58. But I scored 27 points, sharpened by the two scrim-

mages. We then lost to Inter-Lakes before finally beating Notre Dame of Berlin for Coach Bailey’s first win. He’d win hundreds more during a Hall-of-Fame coaching career.) Anyway, athletes are forever getting into trouble, as any coach will tell you. From Babe Ruth to Paul Hornung to Pete Rose. All of which brings us to Cleveland Brown quarterback Deshaun Watson. A 24th woman recently filed a civil lawsuit against Watson just days after a 23rd woman brought against him, according to Cleveland. com’s Mary Kay Cabot. Then news broke that the quarterback, according to a lawsuit, offered a $100,000 settlement to each of the first 22 women who filed cases against him on charges related to sexual harassment and worse. Talk about woman See MOFFETT on 32

PET OF THE WEEK

New England’s Wild Birds & Their Habitats

Talking Bluebirds by Chris Bosak Contributing Writer

I’ve been getting quite a few emails about bluebirds lately. I see that as a good sign about the rebounding eastern bluebird population. Cornell Lab of Ornithology’s AllAboutBirds.com, my go-to website for information about North American birds, says the eastern bluebird is a species of “low concern.” The site reads, “Eastern Bluebird populations fell in the early twentieth century as aggressive introduced species such as European Starlings and House Sparrows made available nest holes increasingly difficult for bluebirds to hold on to. In the 1960s and 1970s, establishment of bluebird trails and other nest-box campaigns alleviated much of this competition, especially after people began using nest boxes designed to keep out the larger European Starling. Eastern Bluebird numbers have been recovering since.” Jim and Eleanore of Keene wrote to say that they have nesting bluebirds for the first time in the 50 years they have been at their home. “They are nesting in a house in my flower/ vegetable garden,” Eleanore wrote. “From day one Mr. bluebird has been pecking on

An eastern bluebird perches on a birdhouse in New England. CHRIS BOSAK PHOTO our kitchen window, all day long!” I received a similar email from another reader relaying that a bluebird was doing the same thing at their house. Like most birds that peck on windows and mirrors, they are likely trying to chase the “other” bird away. Birds are territorial during nesting season and will not tolerate other birds of the same species poking around. Robins and cardinals are also notorious window attackers. To prevent this from happening (perhaps anyway), try placing stickers on the out-

side of the window to break up the reflection. You can also try to dangle something in front of the window or put a planted flower on the outside windowsill. Anything to break up the reflection. This, of course, is also effective in preventing bird strikes. Last year, Jim and Eleanore sent me a charming story about a baby robin that they cared for last summer until the mother bird was able to take over. The story is a fun read and is now on my website, www.birdsofnewengland.com, if you care to check it out. Another question

came in from Renee who inquired about how far bluebird boxes should be from each other. She also has tree swallows competing for the houses and wondered if that impacted the distance. I checked out information from the North American Bluebird Society and it suggested that eastern bluebird houses should be at least 100 yards apart. That’s an entire football field (minus the end zones) so quite a bit of space is needed to attract more than one bluebird pair. However, the distance shrinks substantially when tree swallows are around and the goal is to have a bluebird pair and tree swallows pairs together. “When paired, boxes See BOSAK on 33

“Ellie” Do you want a little hound who is wound for sound? Sadly for Ellie most people don’t … But our Ellie here is cute as a button & sweet to boot! Unfortunately, most folks can’t handle her high pitched barking and enormous energy stores. Which is how she ended up at the Lakes Region Humane Society in Ossipee. Ellie is just a year and a half old, spayed, microchipped, current on vaccinations, and beyond healthy. She is looking for a home who will encourage her athletic stylings perhaps by way of running, hiking, agility training, nose work, really any consistent and daily stimulation will do! She is eager to learn and would benefit from basic manners training. Please help us get Ellie out of this stressful and frustrating kennel environment and into an active home ASAP by sharing her story. Visit www.LRHS.net to view our adoptable pets and/or submit an adoption application for Ellie.

On Sunday, June 26 at 4:00 p.m., Canterbury Shaker Village will launch Music on the Garden Barn Green, their annual summer concert series. Entering its third season, the series offers a diverse mix of bands from both New Hampshire and New England from June 26 - September 11. Noted by Conde Nast as one of the country’s most beautiful settings, The Village’s Garden Barn will serve as backdrop for this popular summer program. Led by New Hampshire State Artist Laureate Theo Martey, The Akwaaba Ensemble opens the series on June 26 with vibrant West African drumming and dance. “‘Akwaaba’ means ‘welcome’ in the Akan language of Ghana, which complements the openness and welcome consistently embodied by The Shakers,” noted Leslie Nolan, executive director of The Village. The Akwaaba Ensemble will be followed

on July 3 with Jordan Tirrell Wysocki, Emmy award winning composer and critically acclaimed New Hampshire based fiddler and singer. Other highlights in the series include Connecticut State Troubadour Lara Herscovitch, who performs on August 6 and returns for her second summer. Some of the other musical acts scheduled to perform include Seacoast-based River Sister, Jim Dozet, Wholly Rollers, and The Mink Hills Band. On September 11, the series concludes with a special ticketed concert, featuring cellists Jan Fuller and Harel Geithem, who were the first musicians to play for The Village’s newly created music series in 2020. “This final performance will be thoughtfully chosen by the cellists to reflect the somber nature of this day,” said Nolan. “The performance will also imbue the audience with hope for peace, another deeply held value of the

pacifist Shakers.” Regarding the intent behind the series, Nolan said it was envisioned “as a way to bring the community together safely amidst the isolation of the pandemic.” “This summer concert series is fast becoming a New Hampshire staple,” she added. Music on the Garden Barn Green is free with a suggested donation of $20. Tours of The Village will be available before the series with a reservation, while visitors are welcome to explore the grounds and site. Canterbury Shaker Village is a member of the NH Heritage Museum Trail, which connects the public with culturally rich heritage institutions in New Hampshire. Then 15 of us boarded a bus to Bayeux where the Churchill Hotel would be our home base for excursions to Omaha Beach, Utah Beach, Pointe du Hoc, and numerous other locales where Dr. Andrew would offer fascinating lectures. He’d earlier provided reading lists to orient us regarding the area of operations. And we also watched Band of Brothers, The Longest Day, and Saving Private Ryan to further immerse ourselves in D-Day lore. Statues and war memorials dotted the landscape, such as are found at the Gettysburg battlefield in Pennsylvania. But unlike Gettysburg, Normandy involved a far-flung area of operations—from the Cotentin peninsula to Caen. Thus, some necessarily long bus trips

But like so many other visitors, I was especially drawn to a long stretch of sandy beach overlooked by hills and even cliffs where thousands of Americans fell that June 6. OMAHA BEACH Operation Overlord (Normandy invasion) required landing tens of thousands of Allied troops from several corps onto five beach landing zones—from west to east they were designated Utah, Omaha, Gold, Juno, and Sword. Two airborne divisions, the 82nd and the 101st, parachuted inland during the dark early morning hours of D-Day. Entrenched German defenders exacted terrible tolls on all the beaches—but Omaha was the worst. Walking the now peaceful and placid sands there, I

Dr. Andrew’s remarks provided background, context, and marvelous detail as we walked over sections of what was such a bloody beach on that overcast June day when General Eisenhower launched the “great crusade” to liberate Europe from heinous Nazi oppression. A gigantic American cemetery now sits on lush green high ground overlooking Omaha. Almost 10,000 meticulously arranged marble crosses mark final resting places of Americans buried there, placed without regard to class, race, or rank. Assistant

Jr. landed on Utah Beach on D-Day and died in France the next month. As Beth and I walked amid countless rows of crosses, I pondered what I might write that hadn’t already been written. Then I noticed that every cross included the home state of a deceased soldier. And then I knew what I’d write about. CONWAY AND ALLEN “Let’s find a New Hampshire grave,” I said to Beth. We each then picked two rows and See NORMANDY on 27

Finally, Beth said “Here!” We’d found our Granite Stater. His name was James Conway. We paused and pondered this son of New Hampshire who left home almost 80 years ago, never to return. It being far beyond our power to honor each of 10,000 soldiers, we let this PFC paratrooper from the 101st Airborne Division serve as a special surrogate of sacrifice to represent the countless fallen. Our silent prayers would somehow keep his and other spirits alive. We moved to a huge memorial edifice at one end of the cemetery. On the other side of the edifice was a wall with names of around 1500 men missing in action, whose bodies were never found. I walked about, scanning the wall, looking for a Granite Stater and eventually found

It then occurred to me that family members of the missing endure a particularly cruel and eternal torment. Without a body—without closure—there would inevitably remain hope that the missing soldier might somehow turn up someday. While that flicker of hope would forever dim—day by day—it would never completely extinguish. Such is the enduring special agony for family members of missing soldiers. I thought about Conway and Allen throughout our tour, keeping their spirits alive. And through this narrative such spirits endure. I wondered what communities the two men hailed from. Do they still have family members in New Hampshire? Are any of them reading this? BEDFORD BOYS AND UKRAINE A member of our en-

Its sons, members of the National Guard, soon found themselves in the 29th Infantry Division in 1944, which along with the 1st Division hit Omaha Beach that June 6. Nineteen Bedford boys would not live to see June 7. Telegrams would reach Bedford with the news over a week later—on a different dreadful day. One can only imagine the pain that community suffered, a pain that over 400,000 American families would feel directly before World War II ended 14 months later. camp on Jo Mary Lake at about one forty five and having a nice dinner they started out for their first fishing outing, hiking a mile and riding in a canoe with their guide, Earle Bruce, to fish in Pratt’s Brook. So, for some reason, even though they were on three lakes that day, they started their fishing in a brook. On the first cast they caught a trout that was estimated to weigh a quarter of a pound, and soon had caught thirty trout. If I had been there and knew we would catch thirty trout I would have headed for the brook also. The next day they did troll

while crossing the lake in a canoe and caught pickeral and white perch. They enjoyed the views of the mountains they could see from the lakes and had time to relax at the camps. In the evening the Gage brothers listened to stories told by Mr. Potter and their guide. Roger wrote that he did not dare to tell the men that he didn’t believe all of their stories, particularly the ones about the trout jumping into the canoe for the bait, but then realized that they weren’t always stretching the truth very far. On the Monday morning of their trip they headed to Henderson Pond which had a reputation as a good fishing location. I quote Uncle Rod, as we knew him, because he wrote a little booklet about the trip that he gave as a gift to his brother. Concerning Henderson Pond, he wrote, “it was in this pond that the trout were said to be so plentiful that they would block the passage of the canoe through the water.” Henderson Pond was estimated to be reached by a five mile hike from Jo Mary Lake. Uncle Roger wrote, “...it was five miles alright and how much more I cannot say,” and he See SMITH on 29

So Mr. Potter had told the fishing party if they would kill a hedgehog he would be their friend for life. String of trout with reflection in Camp Window. SMITH from 28 decided that a Maine guide’s “a step or two” actually meant about half a mile. Using flies as bait, the first tries at Henderson Pond were not very promising, and they were told it was

because the wind was blowing so hard. Success eventually came, however, and they were able to catch about forty “ square tail trout.” My great-uncle said that he made a life long friend while on the fishing trip. Hedgehogs (porcupines) did

for life. He stated that he did not regret taking the life of a hedgehog to make a friend. The June fishing trip to Maine by New Hampshire brothers, though I think Roger must have been living in Lowell, Massachusetts at the time, as my Grandpa did later, proved to a success. Besides the many fish they caught, they made new friendships, and enjoyed the sights and sounds of the natural world. Those included the sightings of deer, “howling” of the loons, and presence of numerous rabbits. My Mother would have been fifteen years old at the time, and, following her Dad’s example, enjoyed trout fishing. When Grandpa Gage would visit us in New Hampshire he would usually come by train, dressed in his work clothes. His work clothes were a suit, complete with vest, with a white shirt and tie, After completing 50 years of employment with the Boston and Maine Railroad, he also had his gold watch given to him for that accomplishment. As I remember, even when we visited him, though minus the suit, he would be wearing a white dress shirt, so it is good to see him in his fishing outfit.

The spur path is just 2/10th of a mile to reach the enormous White Pine trees near the bank of the Mad River. The narrow path wasn’t easy to do with my umbrella. We both were still dry so we continued up Livermore Trail. We passed by more trailheads and the water was loud in Slide

Brook. When we reached the 2.6 mile point we passed by the south end of the Tripyramid Trail and Julie told me her feet were wet. I confessed that the arms of my raincoat had wettedout and I was glad I had my umbrella to keep the rest of me dry. We kept going. At 4.6 miles, near the top of the Livermore Pass, we took a short break before heading down the Old Skidder Trail. Then something wonderful happened. It stopped raining. Both our feet were wet but we didn’t care. I joyfully See PATENAUDE on 31

MOFFETT from 13 trouble! I somehow doubt that all 22 women and their lawyers immediately agreed to his offer. Watson led Clemson University to the 2016 national championship and then became a Pro Bowl quarterback with the Houston Texans, compiling some impressive stats along the way. But perhaps the most compelling stat involves the number of women suing him. So the Texans parted ways with the troubled young signal-caller. And the Browns were ready and willing to trade for him. Yes, the same organization that’s never been to a Super Bowl— along with (see weekly quiz question below.) Consider that the Browns earlier drafted Heisman Trophy winning quarterback Johnny Manziel out of Texas A&M in 2014’s first

round, although many football experts said he was “undraftable.” Former NFL head coach Barry Switzer called Manziel “an arrogant little prick.” But the Browns committed to young Johnny. In his first preseason Manziel was fined $12,000 for “flipping the bird” during an exhibition game with the Redskins. Things went downhill from there. He played sparingly that year and was hurt during much of 2015. In early 2016 the Browns released Manziel following a domestic violence episode with an ex-girlfriend. Johnny, meet Deshaun. Pampered athletes like Watson and Manziel are always ending up in trouble. Why? Maybe some high school detentions would have put them on the

straight and narrow. I’m sure Mr. Bouchard would agree. Sports Quiz Besides the Cleveland Browns, what other NFL franchises have never been to a Super Bowl? (Answer follows) Born Today That is to say, sports standouts born on June 23 include former Cleveland Brown owner Art Modell (1925) and French soccer star Zinedine Zidane (1972). Sports Quote “This is the SEC Media Day! That’s a great question for the Cleveland Browns, not us.. Next question.” ~ Former Texas A&M football coach Kevin Sumlin when asked about Johnny Manziel and the Cleveland Browns at 2014 Southeastern Conference Media Day

Sports Quiz Answer The only other NFL teams besides the Browns that have never been to a Super Bowl are the Detroit Lions, the Houston Texans, and the Jacksonville Jaguars. But unlike Cleveland … Houston, Jacksonville, and greater Detroit have all hosted Super Bowls, even if the home team wasn’t playing. State Rep. — THE WEIRS TIMES, Thursday, June 23, 2022 — MAILBOAT from 2 and the United Nations Law of the Sea Treaty , all of which have not been ratified by the Senate; 5.In Chapter 30 of the USMCA , it establishes a “Free Trade” Commission exactly as the Trans-Pacific Partnership and the European Union’s European Commission does. This is ridiculous. With the USMCA , why in the world do we need to go to the polls to vote for a Congress or even the president? To counteract this illegal usurpation of power, we must inform our legislators, both state and federal to exercise their power that apparently has either been forgotten or ignored, authorized in Article VI in paragraph 2 , that expresses the superiority of the U.S. Constitution over all international law by saying: “The Constitution, and the laws of the United States which shall be made in pursuance thereof; and all treaties made, or which shall be made, under the authority of the United States.” The UMCA has not been

U

made in pursuance of the Constitution. In order to win this battle for truth against this long accepted falsehood, first educate yourselves to go to war with the enemies of liberty by arming yourself with truth at jbs.org. It is encouraging that our Founders have provided us a solution with their far seeing wisdom. Emphatically urge your federal lawmakers to truly represent you and the Constitution they are sworn to by working to Get us out of the USMCA. Also, demand your state legislators “nullify” all federal overreach of power, especially USMCA/UN laws. For today we inherit the liberty won and fought for by our founding generation: tomorrow let it be said that we of this generation won the battle for truth and the preservation of our liberty and American Independence for our posterity.

BOSAK from 15 should be mounted 5 to 15 feet apart. This provides nesting sites for both species and helps to prevent competition between them. Different species of native birds usually do not mind nesting close to each other,” the NABS site reads. I am hopeful that the abundance of emails about bluebirds means that the species is doing so well that more and more people are seeing them because there are that many more bluebirds around. I know I hosted my first bluebirds at my backyard feeder a few years ago. What a thrill that was to see them daily in the backyard. I hope more people feel that joy in the years to come.

34 MALKIN from 6 Justin Bieber’s facial paralysis” and relied on an expert who cited “significant life stressors, such as a divorce or a move” as a more plausible cause of the pop star’s ills than anything related to COVID-19 shots. Left-wing Salon similarly seized on the story to paint COVID-19 vax critics as “conspiracy” spreaders. HITC, a popular gaming, sports and movie

— THE WEIRS TIMES, Thursday, June 23, 2022 — website, proclaimed that any link between Ramsay Hunt Syndrome (RHS) and COVID-19 shots had already been “debunked.” The “rumors are false,” its reporter asserted, because “there has been no clear evidence” of vaccine-induced RHS. The truth is no one knows, and anyone who makes a definitive declaration one way or the other is 1) lying; 2) ignorant; 3) politically motivated;

4) paid off, or some combination thereof. It doesn’t help that Bieber won’t be straightforward about whether he has been vaccinated for COVID-19, which vaccine(s) he has received and how many, if any, boosters he has received and when. What we do know is that Bieber’s concert team implemented a vaccine requirement for attendees; Bieber reportedly tested positive for COVID-19 in February; Bieber’s young and otherwise healthy wife, Hailey, suffered a ministroke when a blood clot traveled to her brain; blood clots are a rare but real side effect of COVID-19 vaccination; and researchers have been documenting a small but real number of incidents of Ramsay Hunt Syndrome as a possible result of either COVID-19 vaccination or “coexistence” with COVID-19 infection. It is outright quackery to unequivocally deny that the experimental COVID-19 jabs might cause RHS, just as it

was fake science and journalistic malpractice to deny or downplay the “rare” but real cases of COVID-19 jab-induced Bell’s Palsy. And it is a flat-out falsehood to claim, as University of Illinois Chicago epidemiologist Dr. Katrine Wallace tweeted, that Justin Bieber’s Ramsay Hunt Syndrome is a “vaccine-preventable condition” that serves as a “great example (of) why vaccines are important.” The truth is that a research team reported in the Journal of Neurology last November that varicella zoster virus (VZV)-induced neurological diseases such as RHS “might be a possible event triggered by COVID-19 vaccination.” That’s the exact opposite of Wallace’s Twitter propaganda masquerading as unassailable “science.” The researchers were careful to emphasize the benefits of COVID-19 jabs because, well, we know what happens to anyone who dares challenge Big Pharma orthodoxy. But despite that enormous pressure, the researchers urged more and continued study of the po-

tential association between COVID-19 jabs and VZV reactivation -- and recommended that clinicians “rapidly start ... specific antiviral treatment” for patients who suffer neurological impairment after vaccination. You can keep tabs on vaccine injury reports at https://openvaers. com/covid-data and read published scientific literature for yourselves at Pub Med. Do your own homework. Distrust all corporate media. And always remember: “Misinformation” is information they want you to miss. “Disinformation” is truth they dismiss. NORMANDY from 27 a front that paled in comparison to the vast eastern front, where gigantic Soviet and Nazi forces (and civilians) suffered many times the death totals compiled in France. And indeed, those eastern European bloodlands are even today experiencing terrible conflict as Russian aggressors seek to carve up Ukraine. Kristin Hannah wrote: “If I’ve learned anything in this long life of mine, it is this: in love we find out who we want to be; in war we find out who we are.” As conflict will apparently always be with us, we do well to remember war’s heroes and heroines along with its villains and victims, its lessons and lunacies. To forget the past dishonors the memories of those who made the supreme sacrifice—those like James Conway, Paul Allen, and their families. That’s why Memorial Day is a national holiday. And that’s why June 6 (D-Day) remains a prominent marker as well. These days are important opportunities for reflection and commemoration that set the stage for joyous July 4th celebrations. And while the Fourth of July is a happy holiday to celebrate our nation’s birthday, that doesn’t mean we still can’t think of or toast those whose sacrifices allow us to enjoy our “Glorious Fourths.” Americans like the Bedford Boys or New Hampshire’s James Conway and Paul Allen and so many others who never returned home from Omaha Beach—or so many other distant battlefields.

— THE WEIRS TIMES, Thursday, June 23, 2022 — METZLER from 7 Taiwan feel less and less beholden to Beijing’s imperious diktat. In November 2013, the PRC declared an air defense identification zone (ADIZ) in the East China Sea. The legitimacy and legality of this ADIZ is questioned by many states. China equally claims the vast South China Sea and its scores of uninhabited islands as “China’s historic territory.” As recently as 2016 the Permanent Court of Arbitration in the Hague clearly rejected China’s claims to huge swaths of the strategically important waters, where among other things China has been building artificial islands and occupying sovereign Philippine territory. Beijing’s South China Sea claims evoke Benito Mussolini’s assertion that since the Mediterranean Sea was under ancient Roman Control it could thus be regarded as fascist Italy’s Our Sea/ Mare Nostrum! China has never renounced the use of force to return what it claims to be a renegade province to communist control. The provocative practice of PRC military jet flights probing Taiwan’s airspace is no different than Putin’s probing of Ukraine’s territory prior to the February invasion. Significantly the lessons of Russia’s attack on Ukraine pose a stark and sober reminder to Beijing that any planned crossstrait invasion is complicated and high-risk. To the backdrop of growing political tensions between China and the U.S., Japan and Australia in particular, Beijing has been massively up-

grading its military STOSSEL from 7 potential. China’s has “What cities?” I ask. inaugurated its Third “San Francisco,” she aircraft carrier, the says. Fujian not so coinWhat? job of representing my community.” She isn’t. The late economist Walter Williams explained, “Short of aerial bombardment, the best way to destroy a city is through rent controls.” Rent control once destroyed much of my town, New York City. Landlords, who couldn’t raise rents enough to make a profit, stopped making repairs. Then many burned down their own buildings to collect insurance. Between 1970 and 1980, much of the Bronx ended up losing 97% of their buildings to fire and abandonment. Under rent control, says Furth, “Landlords just don’t reinvest.” Today, rents are up, and that’s hard. But in the long run, rent controls will only make the problem worse. LETTERS from 11 that would hurt you. Would you want to accuse all government or every parent of hating because they made laws and enforced them? Would you call them haters for challenging them with constructive criticism to change their ways when they violated those rules or laws? In fact, if they didn’t, your government and your parents would be the haters. Open your eyes and your hearts and see that I loved you so much I created you to enjoy life with rules and laws to protect your life. And when you disobey, I love you enough to tell you,

“you are wrong.” So, who is the hater today? The one who is lovingly trying to bring you back to that which is good and lifegiving or those who endorse behavior that ultimately, will bring death? I would encourage you to join me in loving those whether they are heterosexual or homosexual or any part of LGBTQ+ to come back to me and my laws and live (Deuteronomy 32:46-47). God These letters are written by a New Hampshire Pastor.
