A Boom or A Bust

In Atlanta’s Residential Real Estate Market by Seth G. Weissman Will the volatility in the stock market lead to a recession in 2019? While no one knows for sure, I predict that 2019 will be a good year for metro Atlanta residential real estate. While we will certainly have recessions in the future, I also predict that we will not see in most of our lifetimes a downturn like we saw in 2008 absent some earth shattering calamity.
