HERE COME THE BAND

Plan an unforgettable event this autumn with tickets to see the next big musical The Band when it visits Yorkshire. Penned by award winning writer Tim Firth, this musical is a wonderful story about growing up with a favourite boyband.

MUST-SEE SHOW

WONDERFUL STORY

For five 16 year old girls in 1992, The Band is everything. The story picks up with the girls 25 years on and follows their mission to meet the boyband whose music became the soundtrack of their lives.

David said: “It was great working with Take That and Tim on this. It’s not the Take That story, rather it’s a story about friendship, everlasting friendship.”

The show features all our favourite Take That hits performed by Five to Five - the winners of the TV talent show Let It Shine. Following their huge success with the musical version of Calendar Girls, producers David Pugh and Dafydd Rogers teamed up again with Take That’s Gary Barlow and now Mark Owen, Howard Donald and Robbie Williams to bring The Band to the stage.

YORKSHIRE.COM

“The story is inspired by the fans who make boybands such a success. Yorkshire has some of the best audiences in the world and we’re looking forward to sending them home happy!” The Band will be visiting the Lyceum Theatre in Sheffield, the Alhambra Theatre in Bradford, Hull New Theatre and Leeds Grand Theatre. You can get your tickets for this fabulous new show at www.thebandmusical.com
