This assessment requires you to reflect on the output that was generated from the Developing Employability Self-Assessment module and write a brief summary of 150-200 words to indicate what areas you would like to focus on / develop further during your internship. You should (1) paste this reflection onto the Host Organisation Evaluation form, and (2) then give the form to your Host Supervisor prior to commencing your internship. On completion of your internship please ensure your host organization supervisor emails the completed form back to you. Once you receive your Host Evaluation form then you need to submit this via the form via Turnitin to Assessment two on Blackboard by the due date.
