INGREDIENTS

*4 large carrots *2 celery stalks *1 large apple *Handful fresh flat-leaf parsley *Squeeze of lemon (optional)

METHOD

1. Wash all the ingredients 2. Peel the carrots 3. Core the apple 4. Cut the carrots and celery in half so that they can fit easily into the juicer 5. Juice all the ingredients, except the lemon 6. Taste the juice, and add a squeeze of lemon juice, if preferred 7. Pour into a glass and enjoy!
