To achieve this we have integrated the branding, touched the market in the right way and provided the best in marketing tools for their sales teams. Currently we are working with FKP on their Rochedale project; The Rochedale Estates. An integral part of the marketing programme was the establishment of Queensland’s largest display village, which we have branded Display World. We work in partnership with both the Developer and the Project Homes Executive to blend land sales in with new home marketing, maximising the return on investment for both parties.
