Visit Siren Song during the Month of Love enjoy new wine releases, hand crafted pastries and chocolates paired with award-winning Siren Song reds, plus a dessert and wine pairing for bubbles lovers featuring our 2015 The Muse sparkling wine. Our winery and restaurant offers a heated outdoor chalet for wine tasting and romantic dining. Reserve early for a 4-Course Prix Fixe Lobster Menu paired with Siren Song wines available February 13th and 14th. $85.00 + tax and gratuity per person ($75 + tax and gratuity for Siren Club Members). Reservations required for the Lobster Dinner, with seating’s at 5pm and 7pm. Chef’s Special 4-Course Lobster Dinner features: Appetizer Course: Gougères (French Cheese Puffs) served with imported Prosciutto di Parma - Paired with Siren Song 2015 The Muse Sparkling Wine. Pamper yourself the ENTIRE MONTH of February with Red Wine and Chocolate at Fielding Hills Winery. In addition to an expanded glass pour list, guests will have the option to indulge in a glass of our limited production Barrel Select varietals paired with local, handmade Belgian Chocolates, exclusive to Fielding Hills Winery. We welcome you 11 - 5pm, daily or for our wine club membership, additional hours are from 5:30 - 7:30 pm Thurs - Sunday. Reservations are required, however, we will do our best to accommodate any spontaneous guests.
7. TSILLAN CELLARS For the entire month of February, Tsillan Cellars will be partnering with a local artisan chocolate company, Yeti Chocolates based in Wenatchee, to offer a delicious chocolate and wine pairing experience. Choose from either a 5 chocolate piece pairing ($12) or a 2 piece chocolate pairing ($5) to add to your wine tasting. Yeti chocolates will be creating two custom chocolates including a huckleberry flavored chocolate in the shape of a golden heart and a dark chocolate infused with our Reserve Syrah.
SIGILLO CELLARS Join us for Red Wine & Chocolate weekend and visit our tasting room in the Historic Lakeside School Building! We are very excited to be releasing our 2018 Confluence, 2018 Malbec and 2018 Petit Verdot this month! Join us for wine and chocolate pairings on February 5th & 6th and
February 12th & 13th! Our belief is that wine should be experienced and with our portfolio of Bordeaux and Rhône varietals, you are sure to find something you’ll love. They will be offering a 3 bottle special - our 2017 Domaine CheValle (sparkling) Our 2019 rosé of Pinot Noir 2016 Cabernet Sauvignon Reserve for only $115 all month long. Also for Valentine’s Day weekend they will be offering: Chocolate Grand Marnier Fondue with Long Stem Strawberries, Lady Fingers, Dried Tropical Fruit, Baby Banana, and Li Hing Mui Mango. This can be taken to-go or enjoyed at the tasting room located at 2037 W. Woodin Ave., Chelan.

ROCKY POND WINERY Rocky Pond Winery will have Sam Page Designs out of Manson doing a pop up showcasing her beautiful Jewelry during Valentine’s Day weekend, she will not only be selling her creations but also doing a “build your own necklace” bar where guests can pick their gems and stones incorporated in their jewelry. They will are also extending hours and be open on Valentine’s Day, Sunday the 14th from 11-6pm.
NORTH SHORE 14. CAIRDEAS WINERY To celebrate the Month of Love, they partnered with local chocolate artisan, Merrow Chocolatier, to offer an optional truffle pairing with every single tasting flight in February. Reserve your seat! They’ve also created a For the Love of Red Wine & Chocolate Collection so
you can experience the pairings from the comfort of home. BONUS: Your purchase includes access to a Virtual Wine & Chocolate Pairing on Sunday, February 28th with the makers of both the wine (Charlie & Lacey Lybecker) and the chocolate (Anna - she’s awesome!). Both the February tasting flight and For the Love collection include a BRAND NEW RELEASE, our first ever varietal Alicante Bouschet, with just 77 cases produced.
15. SUCCESSION The month of love at Succession Wines will be a red wine lover’s delight! They will be pairing newly released Black Label Reserve Wines with bites of gourmet fudge from local Culinary Apple. These Black Label reds featuring vineyards like Candy Mountain and Red Mountain are sure to dance on your palate leaving you wanting more. With heated patio seating, the vineyard lit row by row, and a beautiful view of the lake, you are sure to have a memorable time.
17. AMOS ROME Amos Rome Vineyards would LOVE to see you during the month of February. The tasting room will be open daily from 12-5pm and they will be offering some sweet treat pairings to go with wine flights. Bring your sweetie, family, or friends (or yourself for some self-love!) and cozy up under the heaters or around the fire pits with some delicious wine. Cheers!
